Capítulo 15: Chapter 14 : Konoha whirlwind potatoes
"Onii-san where are we gonna go"
"To the market of course"
Kai answers while walking to the direction where the market is.
"Are you sure you wanna start doing business, do you said you wanna become ninja"
Choji asks with a confused tone in his voice looking at Kai while walking alongside him.
"It's a different thing when we do business we're gonna get money, but being a ninja is my passion"
"But you are still a child"
"Why do you need to work, Does uncle Gai not give you enough money?"
"As a man we need to search for our own money, and for get money we need to work and doing business is one of the way to get a lot of money"
Kai explained to Choji whose face was full of question marks with the thing he was explaining.
After walking for a while they finally arrived in the market where they saw the bustling of people who were busy with their own activities.
Looking around the place he finally saw what he wanted, approaching the shop that was selling potatoes, looking at the potato that looked fresh he decided to just buy a few samples that he needed.
"Uncle I want to buy 2 kg, I want the big one only,"
"Hey bratt do you have the money"
"Of course uncle don't worry"
"Here 15 ryo"
"Thank you uncle" Kai gave the money and continued to search for the ingredients and seasoning that he needed.
"Kai Onii-san, why do we go to a blacksmith shop?"
"To get the tool that was needed to make the food and it's gonna make work more easy, I already commissioned the blacksmith for the tool that was needed."
Walking inside the shop he met with the old man who he already met before when he was placing the custom orders.
"Hello uncle, is my order already done?"
"Ahh, you're the kids that request weird looking contraptions, of course that already finish it quite easy for me to make it, wait a minute "
He sees the blacksmith walking to the back of the store.
After a minute waiting he sees the blacksmith come back with a box that he assumed to be his order.
"Here your order, can you lift it kids"
"Of course uncle, Here the rest of the payment uncle, thank you for your help"
"Oke, come again"
He hears the blacksmith talking while walking outside the shop with the box.
"Come Choji, I know you already bored, let's go home the fun part is finally begin we gonna eat"
"Yes Onii-san" Choji replied with a sudden enthusiastic tone when the food was heard.
After arriving at his home, he proceeded to the kitchen and started preparing everything that was needed to make the recipe.
"Choji leave the ingredients in the table"
"First we need to peel the potatoes with the tool that was specially made for those and soak it in cold water, look at these does it make it easy right"
Kai said showing a potato peeler is one of the tools that he ordered in the blacksmith.
"Yes Onii-san it looks so easy"
After peeling all the potato that was needed, he picked up the last tool that he ordered from the blacksmith.
"Look Choji, this is the amazing part."
Kai insert the potatoes with chopsticks to the contraptions, pinch two sides with the tool and rotate the lever until it reaches the end.
"Whooah…., it looks amazing Onii-san"
"Wait until it finished cooking, let's go after this we gonna go to your home to show it to auntie Chomi"
"Why do we need to show it to my mother?"
"Of course to sell it"
After finishing all the cooking that was needed and restoring the condition of the kitchen, they leave the house with the basket full of the food.
"Choji, you call your mother outside and tell her we're gonna show her something."
Without a second thought Choji enters his house, because he keeps asking to try the food all the way on the road from Kai house but always being rejected before showing it to his mother.
A few seconds passed Choji brought his mother to the front door.
"C'mon mom Kai Onii-san gonna show you something"
When Chomi opened the front door she was greeted by Kai who was holding a food in his hand.
"Tadaa…, Konoha whirlwind potatoes are ready to eat,"
Kai said while showing his cooking, complete with the condiments that he applied when Choji was inside.
