Capítulo 129: Full of surprises (part 1)
After we said our vows to each other, I decided it was time to address the very confused and shocked crowd and so I turned my headset mic back on and spoke to those I cared about.
"I had put a lot of thought into this before deciding to reveal my identity to everyone. Queen Hila was not only marrying a King, but also a man named Aeric. I wanted to marry her as both. Also, I have long since known everyone here's identities and it felt somewhat disrespectful to not trust all of you with my alter ego when we have been through so much with each other."
Looking around I tried to read the room as I looked at each face for a second as they chewed on the words I had just spat out at them. Supergirl, Scream Queen, and Cosmic Starlight all looked somewhat upset as if they had been tricked or lied to, but there were also other emotions that could be seen on their faces the more I looked. Moving on from them I looked at Batman who didn't seem all that surprised, but also confused about something. Superman was surprisingly just smiling as if he was just happy to be included as one of my trusted friends.
My disciples could not be read because they were all in costume, but I was sure they would probably later have questions. The Flash and Rob who were sitting next to each other had been frozen in shock with their mouths hanging open ever since the reveal . The two looked moronic and goofy.
Like Batman, Otho, Osul, and Kryl weren't phased and seemed to have already had their suspicions before. Aqua man, Mera, and the rest of the league sat composed and only had a look of intrigue on their faces. Amazo wasn't here and had actually gone off planet to explore his own thoughts, but I was sure he wouldn't be all that shocked. Quincy was spending time with his father and also couldn't be here. Jeff the land shark was simply flipping me off with both of his tiny hands clearly unhappy that I had married the person who fed him.
After getting a grasp on the emotions in the room I continued. "Although Hila will not be my only wife in the future, she will always be first in my heart and will be the first Queen to the Moonlight Kingdom. When future wives join our Kingdom, her opinion will weigh heavier than others in my heart. I am not a perfect man nor do I think I will make a great Husband, but I hope to be better with time as we grow old together."
Prince Vegeta Zor-El couldn't help but roll his eyes as he listened, but at the same time he couldn't help but wonder why he wanted to believe his fathers words. 'Did he really care about his wives enough to self reflect?' Vegeta Zor-El wondered why the man in front of him seemed so much different than the man he knew.
As if King Moonlight had heard Vegeta Zor-el's thoughts, he turned his attention to him.
"I am also excited to announce with Queen Hila that we will be having a baby soon. We still haven't thought of a name, but we wanted to share the news with those we cared about. Also Id like to introduce a son that has come from afar that only Hila knows of currently. My son Prince Vegeta Zor-El."
Hearing the 'Zor-El' part of the name caught many peoples interest and especially Superman's and Supergirl's as everyone looked to where I had gestured.
Seeing there was no longer a reason to hide his identity, Vegeta Zor-El took off his baseball cap and sunglasses exposing his face and hair that were identical to his fathers. The hair growth formula had just recently finished fixing his hairline and he looked better than before.
Superman raised an eyebrow before looking at his cousin Supergirl. "Got something to tell me?"
Supergirl could only shake her head no. "I'm as lost as you are.'

I hadn't even gotten the official marriage document yet, but maybe because so many people acknowledged my marriage, it was good enough for the system? As I was wondering why the system had given me the Ki technique early, I suddenly found information about the technique in my mind. I would practice it later though, it seemed that I was about to be busy.
Superman approached me first. "So you know all of our identities huh? How did you accomplish that?"
I was in a good mood, but I didn't pass up the opportunity to bully the super cousins when the chance was given. "I'm simply smarter than you. It was easy to figure out Clark." I made sure to say the words quiet enough that only him and his cousin could hear it.
Batman was reading our lips, but I knew he already knew of Superman's identity.
Superman nodded his head. "I see, so you do know. Well now that I know who you are, I understand the ego a bit more. I'll try to remember that you are a silver spoon celebrity and to be more patient with you in the future. Maybe some good ole' fashion chores on the farm for a week would be good for you? You should seriously consider it."
I clicked my tongue at his words. "I am far from pampered and although I have never worked on a farm, I have not always had it so easy. I am constantly working to keep what I have."
Superman raised his hand to the back of his neck and rubbed it. "Why do you make it so hard to talk and get along with you? by the way, can you tell me more about Vegeta Zor-El? Who is he exactly? ...You should know that I have already had a bad experience with someone taking my dna and using it without my permission to make a clone right? If I found out someone did that to my cousin as well.. "
I scoffed at Suprman's words before patting his shoulder and walking to his side. "Vegeta Zor-El was made the old fashion way. My genes are also superior to a Kryptonians if you can't tell by how much of my dna had shown through with Vegeta Zor-El. I have absolutely no reason to take your family's genetic material." I said with a hint of disgust in my voice.
I didn't like the assumptions he was making. My eyes narrowed and my grin got wider and wider as I saw the micro expressions on Superman's face before adding. "But don't worry, you can probably expect another wedding in the future. We are already practically family."
