Capítulo 366: Reactions of the World: Ogres Kingdoms, Grand Cathay & Nippon

Location the Warhammer Old World-The Mountains of Mourn
The Ogre Kingdoms are the rightful and sovereign domains of the large, brutish and always hungry mortal race of humanoids known as Ogres, they are wandering tribes of Ogres can be found wrecking their way across the globe, erecting many strongholds and plundering far off and exotic lands the likes of which no man will ever see in their lifetime.
Yet no matter how far away they may be, all Ogres refer to the scattered tribal kingdoms that dominate the slopes and river valleys of the Mountains of Mourn their rightful, hard-earned homeland, it is here, amongst the frozen peaks and blistering blizzards that mighty Tyrants rule over their own brutal kingdoms, warring amongst each other, looting, extorting and ransacking all before them as a tribute to their own gluttonous appetite and their ever-hungry "god," the Great Maw.
They fight as thugs, bandits and mercenaries, their hulking numbers coming from a wide diversity of warmongering tribes scattered all across the Mountain range.
They pick on the strong and the weak alike, battling mighty foes and powerful kingdoms many thousands of miles away all for the alluring promise of gold, plunder and meat, even here, amongst the peaks where they hold claim to all, fearsome beast and mighty creatures dominate the dark corners of their realm, preying on all those who come to close.
Yet such is the Ogres ferocious, stubborn and ever ravenous nature that they see these creatures not as a foe to cower and hide from, but as a challenge that needs to be brought down, crushed beneath their boot and eaten to fill their hungry bellies.
In the Greasus Goldtooth the Overtyrant
His formal title was, Tradelord Greasus Tribestealer Drakecrush Gatecrasher Hoardmaster Goldtooth the Shockingly Obese, he is the fattest and most powerful Ogre Tyrant within the entire Ogre Kingdoms and holds the current title of Overtyrant, the Tyrant of all Ogre Tyrants.
Greasus was one of the many whelps sired by the infamous Gofg, Tyrant of the Goldtooth Tribe, like his brothers, Greasus grew up to become strong and fat, however unlike his brothers, he killed and ate his own father.
After assuming the Tyranthood of his tribe, and feeling the need to prove himself, Greasus demanded tithes from other kingdoms, all refused the audacious request and began baying for Greasus' blood.
These days, grown older, larger, louder and richer than ever, the Overtyrant's coffers fill faster than his gnoblars can count, Greasus claims he is now too rich to walk, and so instead he chooses to recline on a living throne of Gnoblar bearers who haul his esteemed bulk about, many dying from the huge effort.
A master of bribery, the Overtyrant has always used his considerable wealth as a way to inspire greed and confusion amongst his enemies, yet Greasus' rampant success has not diminished his greed or his all-consuming desire to conquer everything he sees.
Ever since killing and eating his father in order to claim the leadership of the Goldtooth Tribe, Greasus was always scheming for a way to claim the legendary and prestigious title of Overtyrant ever since the previous Overtyrant, Donner Gutbag died from a massive avalanche a hundred years ago, and to rule the Ogre Kingdoms, he knew his deeds must be legendary and so Greasus set out to conquer the nearby tribes single-handedly.
The first to fall met their fate during a Midwinter Feast, scaling the mountain above their valley, Greasus heaved boulder after boulder into the hillside, roaring oaths at the top of his voice until the vibration from the boulders and his own voice caused an avalanche of such size that it swallowed the entire tribal encampment, killing everyone within it.
The second dissenting tribe, ruled by a Tyrant named Gut Badmouth, was paid a visit during the spring Hoof and Horn feast, there Greasus challenged the old Tyrant to single combat, Badmouth, a older and significantly larger than Greasus, eagerly clambered into the maw-pit, awaiting his challenger in an unexpected entrance, Greasus launched himself into the maw-pit, and slammed his body gut-first onto the old Tyrant's head, breaking his neck.
This further cemented his rule and influence eventually becoming what he always desires the Overtyrant and he later placed a special crown called "Overtyrant's Crown" this enchanted, basin-sized crown was forged by artisans of the Empire for a king's ransom in gold, and is said to increase the Overtyrant's intellect to near-human levels...and armed with a massive golden and bejeweled scepter called the Sceptre of the Titans, this massive sceptre is ensorcelled with spells of might, imbuing Greasus with the strength of a Sky-Titan, as befits his status as the most powerful Ogre alive.
Among the gathered ogres in Greasus' camp was Skrag the Slaughterer is the legendary Prophet of the Great Maw, also known as the Gore-Harvester and the Maw-that-Walks, his legend started initially a respected Slaughtermaster under the Arch-Tyrant Bron Rockgrinder, however he made a mistake of slaughtering and cooking the Tyrant's pet Gnoblar, a crime for which he lost his hands which were devoured by Bron and who ordered his cauldron chained to his back.
After that, Skrag was banished into the same warpstone labyrinths that the future Gorgers are thrown at birth, they expected Skrag to provide a solid meal for the degenerated creatures, but refuse to give Bron that sastifaction he managed to replace his hands with Stump Blade, a cleaver and hook and survive in the dangerous labyrinth.
As unlikely as it seemed, he was ferocious enough for the Gorgers to accept him, as soon as he gained their trust, he arranged them into an army and butchered the Rockgrinder and his entire tribe for the sake of the Great Maw, an offering this large didn't go in vain and he became a Prophet of the Great Maw, a living avatar of its ghastly will.
He was preparing his pot and cooking up a grand feast for the ogres when some gnoblar came during the feast, Greasus was about to put him in Skrag's cauldron for disturbing their meal and festivities, but what saved the puny gnoblar was that he told them, that he told Greasus that all the other ogre tribes were heading out the Mountains, because the other factions of the world were starting to move and this meant a great amount of loot, fighting, and eating was going to big and great.
But before the Overtyrant can think and give the order to march outside the Mountains of Mourn, a Ogre Brute came telling them that their God, the Great Maw wasn't just hungry it was...screaming demanding to be feed, rare if impossible that this happens to the Maw, something must have steer up its appetite Greasus and Skrag saw this a divine sign that they must set out of Mourn and cause as much anarchy and bloodshed as possible, for the Great Maw is hungry and they're more than happy to sastify it, so the Overtyrant order his men to march out it times to fight, kill, and feed themselves and the Maw, all the ogres were more than happy to do so.
In another part of the Mountains of Mourn, Bragg the Gutsman was wandering around with warband compose small amount of ogres and large group of gnoblars.
Bragg is an Ogre Bruiser and his moniker Gutsman is means to ogres the "Executioner" who is dreaded even amongst his own kin, to say nothing of outsiders.
Bragg's reputation is well-deserved, for there is no enemy that his Great Gutgouger a massive chain-hook weapon that has failed to kill, many great leaders and countless promising heroes have died a truly gruesome death in front of their terrified troops, who, paradoxically, die from swift decapitation, thus, where Bragg has fought, a fallen Knight Errant is likely to get a better burial then the powerful Duke, or what would be left of him.
Bragg is breifly welcomed by Ogre Tribes but even killing their Tyrants he has found that no tribe will follow him so he is always moving, feeling the voracious stiring of the Great Maw driiving him on occassion he is joined by a few Gnoblars like but most of the time he is alone.
With the Tyrants and Overtyrant on the march outside of Mourn, Bragg believes that a lot fighting and eating was going to happen cause of that, so with no one daring to against the Gutsman's wishes he to started travel outside of Mourn for a great meal and a lot blood-spilling was calling to him.
Golgfag Maneater is a famous mercenary captain leading Golgfag's Maneaters, whose fame has made all other Ogre mercenaries to adopt the name of Maneaters.
Possibly one of the most successful Ogre mercenaries of all time, Golgfag Maneater forged a reputation for the Ogres as fearsome killers for hire long before they became a relatively common sight in the mercenary armies of the Old World as Dogs of War, even if he is a bit effie of the name, saying that he isn't picky or exclusive on what he eats.
There are more tales are told about Golgfag than any other Ogre alive, and Golgfag himself spins a great many of them, though he exaggerates with wild abandon, Golgfag is still the most successful of all Ogre mercenary captains.
He has won countless battles, looted upon the sacred island of Ulthuan, set eyes upon ruinous Skavenblight and survived, guzzled more kegs of Bugman's XXXXXX than most Dwarfs have even seen, and been personally decorated by Emperor Karl Franz.
Golgfag has travelled the world and his cronies, known unimaginatively as Golgfag's Maneaters, have gained wide notoriety as being battle-toughened killers.
Him and his Maneaters already at the edges of Mourn, were on their way to the Empire again with a massive cleaver with some "red teeth" on the blade and a spiked club, Golgfag was eager to earn his gold and eat all the bodies of those that he and his maneaters kill in this incoming fights!!
Having heard that the human Emperor was in a bit of a bind, Golgfag was more than happy to help...for the right prize, Golgfag smiled with wicket anticipation another great tale for Golgfag Maneater, plus he was quite eager to face the infamous "Bringer of the Apocalypse" Archeon the Everchosen, that was in the middle of attacking the Empire.
This meant a huge payout, and fight just as the "Great Maneater", liked it.
Location Grand Cathay-The Imperial Court the Palace of the Dragon Emperor
Cathay is the largest empire in the Old World, consisting mostly of humans, ruled over by immortal dragons who can take human form, they are staunch opponents of Chaos, but their location in the Far East makes them very isolated, thousands of miles from potential allies, they have constructed a Great Bastion on their northern border to keep out marauding forces.
Located in the Far East while still far from Nippon, Grand Cathay is bordered to the west by the Mountains of Mourn, to the east by the Far Sea, to the south by Khuresh and to the north by the Eastern Steppes and Chaos Wastes, Southwest, across the Mountains of Heaven, lies the land of Ind, Grand Cathay itself is a huge and diverse country, with desert in the west, mighty rivers and farmland in the center, great coastal cities in the east, and forested mountain foothills in the south.
Grand Cathay is a powerful nation of order that bravely and standing strong against Chaos, however, they are also located far from other order-aligned nations, and tend to be somewhat isolationist.
Contact and trade with the High Elves and human nations of the Old World has increased in recent times, but travel between east and west is still dangerous. Because of this isolation, Grand Cathay long ago constructed the Great Bastion, a huge fortification along their northern border which guards against incursions by Hobgoblins as well as marauding bands of Hung, Kurgan and other forces of Chaos.
The rulers of Cathay are a family of immortal dragons who are powerful spellcasters, and can shapeshift into human form, in principle, Grand Cathay is ruled by the Celestial Dragon Emperor and Moon Empress, who are revered by the populace.
In practice, these two spend most of their time in the Imperial Court, and leave governing of the empire to their sons and daughters the common people of Cathay are humans, with smaller populations of Monkey-Warriors, in some Cathay's trading cities, there is populations of foreigners from Tilea, Estalia, The Empire and even High Elves and Dwarfs.
The strongest of the sons and daughters of the Emperor and Empress is Miao Ying, the Storm Dragon, ruler of the Northern Provinces, who is charged with defending the Great Bastion and the city of Nan-Gau, there is also Zhao Ming, the Iron Dragon, ruler of the Western Provinces, he guards the city of Shang-Yang which is located in the Warpstone Desert, and the dangerous Ivory Road, which trade caravans travel west to reach the Old World.
Their brother Yuan Bo, the Jade Dragon, rules the Central Provinces from the city of Shang Wu, and serves his father's empire as its chief bureaucrat and Administrator of the Realm, lastly there are also Yin-Yin the Sea Dragon who rules the Eastern Provinces, and Li Dao the Fire Dragon who rules the Southern Provinces.
While the Dragon Emperor and Moon Empress command their subjects to live and work in harmony for the good of all, it is not always so, for in addition to external assaults by the Ogre Kingdoms, Greenskins, coastal Dark Elf raiders and forces of Chaos, Grand Cathay is also sometimes riven by internal rebellions, Chaos Cults and jealous competition between the dragon siblings.
In the grand palace of Dragon Emperor and Celestial Moon Empress, and their most mightiest and talented children Miao Ying, Zhao Ming, Yuan Bo, Yin Yin, and Li Dao all waiting for them to tell them the reason that they were called directly, instead of being contacted in other means as usual, Miao Ying and Zhao Ming believe it must have something to do with steers the skaven, Chaos force, and just recently the barbaric ogres as well, and also disturbances around the Grand Bastion and Warpstone Desert.
That's when from their father and mother high throne, covered by curtains and drapes, only their silhouettes showing to them, as the Dragon Siblings wait for them to be address by their lord and lady/parents.
Closest but physically and in trust with the Dragon Emperor is Miao Ying the Storm Dragon.
She is the eldest daughter of the Dragon Emperor and the Moon Empress, she is also called "Master of the Storm Winds" and serving as the Supreme Matriarch of Nan-Gau, Miao Ying is an immortal Cathayan Dragon who can take on Human form, this makes her an incredibly powerful combatant, an amazing wizard, and a natural leader of Men.
Miao Ying is arguably the most powerful Dragon alive today in the Known World save for her father and mother, the Dragon Emperor and the Moon Empress, respectively, immense power and immense responsibility land on her shoulders, and she can seem cold and aloof in comparison to her siblings, the defence of the realm, the future of Grand Cathay, and much more is quite the burden to bear.
Tasked with the protection of the Great Bastion is the shield that protects Grand Cathay from the Ruinous Powers of the Northern Wastes, and while it stands strong so too does Cathay prosper.
She is considered the favourite of their father by the other Cathayan Dragons, the Storm Dragon lords her position over her siblings and when they meet often stands apart from them, while her younger brother Zhao Ming, the Iron Dragon, in particular, is a far more gregarious character and gets especially offended by Ying's aloofness.
Despite her power, the Storm Dragon has a significant task in the defence of the north, and her armies are almost constantly at war, added to this is the independence of the lords of Nan-Gau, whom she relies upon to arm the Great Bastion with their wondrous war machines.
Outwardly they work together, but the lords often scheme amongst themselves and against her, dividing her attention from the empire's enemies beyond the wall.
Speaking Zhao Ming he was standing next to her, there was an uncomfortable air between them but they still trust each other, and are considered one of the few siblings that are "closest" to each other.
Zhao Ming the Iron Dragon and the Lord of Shang-Yang, Zhao Ming has been tasked by his father the Dragon Emperor, and his mother, the Moon Empress, with governing Cathay's Western Provinces and has chosen as his capital the great trading entrepot of Shang-Yang.
Zhao Ming is a incredibly powerful combatant, an amazing wizard, and a natural leader of Men, the Iron Dragon rules by the grace of the Dragon Emperor and the Moon Empress over the Western Provinces of Grand Cathay and the Ivory Road that leads westwards into the Mountains of Mourn, a hardened frontier warrior, Zhao Ming maintains the western edge of the empire and keeps the Desert Clans in order.
This area is a less defended, and also less chaotic, region of the mortal world, the Western Provinces contain beasts and men of all sorts coming from further west, as well as facing regular incursions by Skaven and Ogres from the Warpstone Desert and the Mountains of Mourn.
The creation of the Great Maw when that meteorite fell from the sky centuries ago still hangs heavy over this region, even as an uneasy peace is maintained, and such he has secured trade from caravans the leave Cathay from Zhao Ming's domain, particularly to and from the mighty city of Shang-Yang which is seen as a gateway to the lands of the west and should they be successful in their journeys the Iron Dragon reaps immense wealth and prestige.
This is particularly important to the Iron Dragon as he is not as beloved by his father as his older sister Miao Ying, the Storm Dragon who rules the Northern Provinces, although rumours whisper that the Moon Empress has a soft spot for her son.
This was a chance to prove himself to his father, as he and his sister believe him corrupted by the dark forces of Warpstone Desert,
Standing in front of all the Dragon Siblings was Yuan Bo the Jade Dragon, also called the "Master of the Meteor Winds," is the lord of the Central Provinces of Grand Cathay whose capital lies in the great trading city of Shang-Wu.
Yuan Bo serves his father's empire both as its chief bureaucrat in command of the empire's Jade Court, with the title "Administrator of the Realm," as well as in a more active role as the Dragon Emperor's primary spymaster and enforcer, known as the "Emperor's Executioner."
As the lord of the Jade Court, which holds equal sovereign power with the Dragon Emperor's ruling Celestial Court in the realm and does much of the day-to-day administrative work of the empire, he is a potent spellcaster, Yuan Bo also leads the Court of Celestial Sorcerers, his power and central authority often leads those unfamiliar with the inner workings of the Celestial Empire to mistake the Jade Dragon for the actual Emperor of Grand Cathay.
For his part, Yuan Bo is happy to be regarded as a mere bureaucrat, administrator and scribe, as this allows him the freedom to conduct his spymaster duties in private, and wielder of the famed great blade called the Dragon's Fang, which is a exquisitely crafted from one of the Celestial Dragon Emperor's own teeth is the weapon of his executioner, wielded by the Jade Dragon with strength and authority.
Yin Yin the Sea Dragon, also known as the "Mistress of the Jade Sea" and the "Admiral of the Grand Dragon Fleet," is the lord of the Eastern Provinces of Grand Cathay, one of the members of the immortal family of Cathayan Dragons.
Yin Yin rules the Eastern Provinces of Grand Cathay from the great port city of Fu-Chow, she is perhaps the most outwards-looking and expansionist of the Cathayan Dragons, and there are many foreigners in the Eastern Provinces, especially High Elves, while Fu-Chow may be the most cosmopolitan city in the Known World.
In the past, Yin Yin ordered a Cathayan invasion of the Southlands which ended in disaster, with the destruction of her entire fleet.
For this failure, she was greatly admonished by the Dragon Emperor, and the Cathayan Grand Dragon Fleet took 100 years to rebuild to its full strength, the only survivor of the fleet was Yin-Tuan, who later told the story of his journey to the Dragon Emperor.
A great eastern beauty, with hair as blue as water and once the favorite daughter of Dragon Emperor, but that defeat long ago, she's been trying to redeem herself in the eyes of her father, and be allowed to set sail again, with this council of her and her siblings all together she could sense that opportunity of redemption was close at hand.
Li Dao the Fire Dragon called the "Master of the Burning Winds" and the "Lord of the Phoenix," is one member of the family of Cathayan Dragons who collectively rule over Grand Cathay, the Fire Dragon is the lord of the Southern Provinces and the Mountains of Heaven.
As ruler of the Southern Provinces of Cathay, Li Dao has the thankless task of defending Southern Cathay from foreign assaults by Ind and the Nagas of Khuresh.
He is known for having a fiery temper, and he is somewhat jealous of his sister Miao Ying, the ruler of the Northern Provinces, and the glory she gains across the empire from defending the Great Bastion, as the Fire Dragon considers defending the south to be an equally difficult task and just as important to the security of the realm.
Standing far from his sister, Miao Ying, holding a huge serpentine, fire like sword on his hands as his fire like armor appears like his flames he is eager to prove his worth and superiority over Miao Ying as he is tired of fighting the damned Monkey King that hasn't been sighted for countless years, but now he has an opportunity to impress his parents.
Their father the Dragon Emperor, started telling them about the recent occurrence on the world, that they've sensed and could clearly tell that Grand Cathay was under risk of a great threat.
Miao Ying asked if it another Chi'an Chi/Tzeentch was planning another a grand invasion onto their lands, but her father and Emperor told them that it was much worse, it wasn't just "Him" but the other Gods of Chaos that were strung to action by a New God...when he said that the Siblings were immediately on edge.
He told them that he along with their mother and Empress, sensed this great evil in the far west, it was more powerful and fearsome than any of the Chaos Gods that they've faced before, that God rise has cause all the chaos that spreading across the world, especially with their boarders in danger.
Apart from the basically Nippon also acting up, they don't know what the other factions are doing or reacting to this new God, descending upon the world.
Hence the Chaos Warriors, Daemons, Greenskins, Skaven and Ogres, are steering up and apart from tightening the defense on Grand Cathay, but they must also prepare for war, all of them have been called for this threat, eliminate all their enemies.
They also learn of the Dark Champion of this new Chaos God, name Laharl Valboga, Ixion Daemonhart is powerful and extremely dangerous, he is their primary target and the Emperor promise a great reward for whoever of his children to eliminate this enemy, this especially excited Zhao Ming, Yin Yin and Li Dao for this is that opportunity for them, while the rest Miao Ying and Yuan Bo saw it as their responsibility as lords and protectors of Grand Cathay, once again plus this could be an opportunity to find their missing younger sister Shen-Zoo, at last.
[Quick Note: Nippon is a faction GW was starting but never expended in Warhammer Fantasy, aside I think six or eight units, there isn't any lore, so everything next is my design based on a lot Japanese history and culture. With some influence from some media, any and all names that come up are fiction if any real names or base of fact here it purely coincidence, thank you and enjoy.]
Location the Isle of Nippon-The Valley of Serenity, the Nakamurajō of the Taiyō-Shogun
A barely known nation of the far east, similar to Grand Cathay in many way but at the same time completely different.
Located in largest territory within the nation, a grand valley that is surrounded by a natural barrier of several mountains that protect it people from most enemies that come to invade and overlook said grand valley, known as the Valley of Serenity, ruled by the greatest hero and lord, known as a Shogun, and the current Shogun, is name Shinji Nakamura the Sun Lord.
This place is lush and prosperous land of serenity and magic, as it's people are united and under natural protection from glorious mountains surround the great valley filled with great settlements of Nippon culture called Jōkamachi, made from wood, stone, and steel were people tend to the land of rice fields and other farming, were master smiths forge the finest blades and armors, and soo much more.
Great forests spread across the valley filled with so much life, and only in Nippon a special type of tree and wood is grown/acquired called Bamboo, and waterfall that feed the Daishin River that flows throughout the Valley of Serenity.
The large blossom patches are considered most sacred, and various buildings from temples to military houses are constructed called Sukura-Yōsaiie.
From the Sukura-Yōsaiie no Iga that belong to the greatest shinobi clan of the Iga in the White Gardens where the blossom are always blooming white as snow, to the Sukura-Yōsaiie no Sohei were the temple monk warriors called sohei train to protect the land and pray to the Seinaru Shugoshin/Sacred Guardian Deities, their temple are the tallest mountain called Tengoku no Chōten so they can closer to their Gods.
As for the creatures that live and roam within and near Nippon are Kyōryokuna Tora a fearsome and great tigers that are considered sacred beasts that bond with the people of Nippon, acting as guardians and battle beasts in war, also called the "Children of Guardian Deity, Byakkou".
Hakuchō elegant and beautiful white bird with patches of black and red on their heads, known to work alongside maidens from Miko to Nobushi in battle.
And lastly the massive monsters known as Oni, at first they were man-eating brutes that the onmyōji bound to serving with talimans stuck on their foreheads, the oni which are divided in three types such as Aooni which have blue skin, slightly more intelligent then others of their kin, and are capable of using lesser level of magic.
The Akaoni, which have red skin, the most aggressive of the oni, possessing a Immunity to fire and able to breathe out fire from their mouths, and lastly the Kuroki, which have grayish to black skin, are able warriors wielding wither massive spear or war-clubs into battle.
The military of Nippon are quite organized and focused on mastering the art of war, with unity deadliest warriors skilled with their specially designed weapons, because of the ferocity and code of honor, the Blood God, OW-Khorne or as they call him Shesmukami, has been constantly attacking and trying to corrupt the warriors of Nippon, meaning that most common attacks to Nippon are the forces of Shesmukami/OW-Khorne.
In their armies their are many types of warriors the most common and revered are known as Samurai, armored warriors skilled in battle that follow the codes of Bushido, and serve a great warrior-lord known as a Daimyo that command armies as generals, all serving under the Shogun.
Then their are the Sohei faithful monks that wield a pole-weapon known as a Yari, dedicating their lives to protect Nippon, the Temples, and fight in the name of the Seinaru Shugoshin but also serving as spirit guide to the people, the Onmyōji their great magic user and practitioners able to harness the Lore of Fire, Light, Life and from journeys to Grand Cathay they've acquired the use of the Lores of Yin and Yang as well, but the onmyōji also have another task of grand importance which is to exorcize/slay daemons from their lands.
The Kensei a special order of samurai that originate from the Sukura-Yōsaiie no Shinpi-Tekina Ken, they are few in number but mighty outclassing many samurai and gaining the most respect, only ordered by the Shogun himself no others each kensei is bond to a special blade called a Tamashī no Setsudan-ken/Soul Cutting Blade, that no other can use, this two-handed sword are powerful and possess a unique magical power from bending a element to causing greater harm to a certain type of enemy, because of the level of skill and training it takes to become a kensei that's the reason their are less then a hundred in total for long periods of time.
The Orochi a special order of samurai that focus on speed, agility, and light armor, having been trained by the shinobi masters the Tengu, the orochi they are capable fast striking warriors, the Mikos or Shrine Maidens are exclusively young women with talent in magic, healing and archery by far the greatest archer-women dress in white robes and red bottoms, which wield a large bow called with unbelievable mastery and precession, and the Onna-musha the greatest female samurai that commonly in command of women warrior called Nobushi graceful and acrobatic she-warriors that use a special pole weapon called Naginatas.
Hitokiri are a secretive order from the edge of the Valley of Serenity, wielders of massive battle-axes called Kyodaina-Ono, skilled of not only slaying skilled warriors but also monsters and the Shugoki great protectors of jōkamachi and temples, wielders of mighty strength, size, and heavily armored wearing a special mask called the "Onikao/Daemon-face" to intimidate villains and enemies, they carry a mighty battle club called a Kanabo into battle.
Tanegashima are the "foot soldiers" armed with muskets that are traded from the empire these gunners are divided into two variants the peasantry called Shōbō-shi/Fire Shooters, and the red armored samurai with a secondary melee weapon, a fine katana should they need in close combat, these are called the Akatetsu Gādo/Red Iron Guard.
Then there are the Ninjas, the men are known as shinobi and female are kunoichi.
Shinobi are skilled fighters, killers, and assassins using shorter katanas called Chisa and Tanto, also able to use sickles called kama or chained sickles kusarigama.
While Kunoichi are also skilled fighters and assassins also using the art of seduction with their beauty, sensuality, and sexiness to take down targets, using Kunais, Wakizashi, Shuriken or Fuma-Shuriken.
At the highest mountain a great palace was constructed on the side of the mountain almost as if floating in mid-air, as spiralling stairs were edged onto the mountain itself, and it called the Nakamurajō of the Taiyō-Shogun, were the Shogun live and rules from, overseeing everything from his palace.
Shinji Nakamura the Taiyō-Shogun or the Sun Lord of Nippon, also called the Crimson Conqueror, born as the third heir of the Nakamura Clan of Nippon, since he was young he has possessed great talent and skill with the sword, surpassing his older brothers and at his first battle he not only slew over 200 enemies but also the rival/enemy daimyo, earning great honor and was made the primary heir of his Clan.
That was one of several great deeds like slaying a powerful and mighty khornate Chaos Lord, known as Ulkir the Slayer of Warlords, has secured some peace trading with Grand Cathay to some extend and at the age of 23 he ascended as head of the Nakamura Clan.
Because of his skill and devotion to the sword, the Grandmaster Tengu, Genma, personally crafted a special long ōdachi called the Makkana Taiyō Kiba/Crimson Sun Fang, a red blade that harness magical flames, he graciously accepted the blade.
Since then he has worn a crimson color armor and a special helmet called the "Sun Kabuto" which has a pair of antlers holding onto a gold and crimson sun.
Also bares a pair of banners, strapped to his back waist baring the symbol of Nippon, since then he started to unite most of Nippon specifically the Valley of Serenity becoming the first and greatest Shogun of Nippon.
During his rule Nippon prospered and flourished, uniting the finest clans into his service, and forming the mighty army that has rise in Nippon.
Originally Nippon while peaceful it always vigilant for danger, one of Nakamura's ninjas from Iga Shinobi, reported grave tidings that originates from outside of his lands, so with great haste he called his most trusted enforcers and heroes of Nippon to have a war-council and decide what to do next.
In his grand hall, all sited and waiting for the words of Nakamura, standing by the side of the Shogun, was a towering man that stood 8 feet tall, doning a grayish heavy, thick armor, wielding a massive poleweapon in his right hand, this weapon is a cross between a spear and axe, called Ishi-to Hone O-kudaku Mono, this man is name, Tadakatsu the Gurē Kyojin/Gray Giant loyal enforcer and protected of Lord Nakamura and his clan, on his rise to become Shogun of Nippon, he fought against a great khornate invasion that their western forces were halted by Tadakatsu alone, a giant of a man only armed with a simple yari.
When Nakamura heard this and went to meet him, finding him practicing with a long spear, a man of few words they started to converse and eventually Nakamura asked for Tadakatsu's loyalty and service in his army, while he could see Nakamura's honor, he challenged him to see what kind of warrior and man that he is, they fought for an entire day and night, in the end Nakamura won their duel and he stood up in a seiza position offering his head, as Bushido demands.
Instead Nakamura spared him, and offer him a chance to become a true samurai under his service.
Since then Tadakatsu has served him faithfully for years, and has become a mighty legend in his own often called the greatest warrior in Nippon, and also the most faithful guardian, standing quietly and vigilant by his master side always.
Also the four most trusted Daimyo and heroes of Nippon have come to Nakamura's request, each sitting in seiza position on tami-floor, side by side on the far left from the west of the Valley, Masayuki Konda the Ryu Seibu no Arashi/Dragon of the Western Storms, Daimyo of the Konda Clan a mighty samurai warrior of blue armor famous for eliminating a Ōku/Orc raid from the same region of the west.
Using his bravery and leadership to bring down the Orc Waagh, and even beheading the warboss, Olguth Kulltrazher, not letting any ōku alive and possibly still be a threat to his territories, he lead his army after the greenskins outside the Valley of Serenity, for three years he has hunted down orcs and goblins, during that purging of those monsters his blade was struck by lightning said to be a blessing from the God of Storm, Rai-jinn, that katana transform into a blue thunder-shaped blade, and like a dragon he devoured all the enemies of Nippon.
When he returned to the Valley of Serenity, he was welcomed a great hero and is considered a dragon incarnate, since then he has protected the western region as it daimyo and the Bane of Ōku/Orcs.
Next to Masayuki was mature, veteran warrior, with a albino tiger fur over his right shoulder, and wearing reddish armor, his name Tsabutori no Kiba the Sekigan no Koō/One-Eyed Tiger King, he is the lord of the northern regions of the Valley.
Once he had a civil war in the territory of the Shima Clan, as his cousin Harutobi Shima desired to rule the norther region, and the clan, so intense and brutal this civil war and bad blood between the two former cousins, that his dishonorable kin made a deal with some ogre maneaters and brought new danger to Nippon.
In their last clash Tsabutori managed to kill his dishonorable cousin, losing his left in the process, but with no more contract and gold the ogres went crazy, carving out a bloody path in the Valley and the outer regions of the North.
This mark the Maneater Wars, as they came to call it and during that period Tsabutori made his name, honor, and heroic known across Nippon.
Hunting down rampaging and bloodthirsty ogres all over the north, it was during this period while on the Providence of Gato, that while marching back to the Valley to replenish supplies his small guarding force was ambushed and slaughter by Maneater Ogres, he and his surviving men were captured and brought to the ogre camp to be later butcher and eaten.
He never broke and neither did his warriors, even when were slaughtered like cattle when they took him to kill him next, a white tiger came and killed the ogres that hold him, arming himself with a basic spear he fought alongside the noble beast, as they killed the ogres and destroyed the campsite.
In that moment Tsabutori and the White Tiger he named Shiroikiba fought side by side, exterminating all the vile ogres he rejoined with his men and Shiroikiba, roared calling fort countless Kyōryokuna Tora came and since then the Shima has have a close connection with tigers, that flourished within the northern region.
At the end of the Maneater Wars, the vile Ogre Tyrant of these Maneaters, fighting against the two leaders at the end when he was knocked down by the Ogre Tyrant, it was Shiroikiba that sacrificed himself to save his life again, enraged he killed the ogre and won the war to honor his dear friend, Shiroikiba, by wearing the fur of his companion and earning the name Tsabutori no Kiba the Sekigan no Koō/One-Eyed Tiger King.
Nyomasa Mayaki the Lord of the South, sitting in-between Masayuki and Tsabutori, he is also known as the Tsubasa no Aru-kuro Suzume/Winged Black Sparow, a black and golden armored samurai whose kabuto had great sparow wings and so did the special harness to hold all the blades he obtained during his conquest on his back.
That is one of the things he is known for, collecting the swords of his fallen opponents, but his greatest deed was conquering the Southern region and bringing the prosperity to the region, some even came to call him "Peacebringer" for the south were the more unruly and feudal regions in all Nippon.
Lastly the youngest Daimyo of the four gathered, and a marriage relative of Shogun Shinji, for he has married his youngest daughter Suzuhime.
His name is Sasuke Ichida the Green Spear of Nippon/Nippon no Midori-Yari he was once a simple blacksmith apprentice that rise to become one the renowned heroes and samurai in Nippon.
His Jōkamachi of Kiida was raided and them occupied by dishonorable ronin, they've suffered for day until Sasuke took the armor his master was working on wearing it, and taking a yari for his weapon, he inspired the townsfolk to rise up and fight, that was the start of his legend, he rouse to become the townlord and started gaining followers and samurai that wished to serve him.
Using his smithing abilities he reforged new armor and a spear from jade-steel making his now famous "Midori-Yari", since then he has dedicated himself to Kiida and in people, eventually other jōkamachi people in the region came to him, requesting aid against the bandits and villains in the area, not being able to allow such evil and injustice to continue he gather his army and fought against the ronin, and bandits.
Thus gaining a large territory and becoming an unofficial daimyo of the east, as he grew in both skill, power, and influence others including the Shogun Nakamura himself took notice of him, but his greatest deed was saving Lady Suzuhime that was kidnapped by skaven from clan Eshin, he rode for honor and justice facing down a large skaven army, impaling the Deathmaster of the Eshin through the forehead with his spear.
Such a selfless act was rewarded as the Shogun officially made him a Daimyo and lord of the Eastern Region, also offered his daughter's hand in marriage to him, which he accepted.
Lastly the two greatest ninja of Nippon were also present from the shinobi Hanzo the IV the current leader, Hokage of the Iga, as the name and position is only given to the best shinobi of Sukura-Yōsaiie no Iga, White Gardens.
Ever Hanzo that has risen since their founder and first Hokage, Hanzo the First, had their original name and history erased always wearing their mask, hood, and gear, standing beside their respected lord only he has managed to gain a Shogun as a master.
As deadly as the Eshin assassins even saving the life of Lord Nakamura in several occasions, and during one of those rescues he obtain his now iconic claws from a dead skaven, a pair of claws dipped and oozing a mix cocktail of poison, a pair of a dual claw-blades, these are the Sasori Tsume/Scorpion Claws, always ready to take the lives of his masters enemies.
He even managed to not only be trained by the Grandmaster of the Tengu, Genma, but also earned their respect and support in Iga, Hanzo is one of Nakamura's most trusted subordinates at the same level as Tadakatsu himself, and quite possibly the greatest ninja of Nippon history.
A beautiful and sexy kunoichi in black, gray, and purple, was standing up to the right sidd of the hall, with her arms crossed, she is Tsukiko the Nightshade, the Kurokage of the Shinobu Kunoichi, one of Nippon most expert and skilled femlae ninja assassins, from the Sukura-Yōsaiie no Shinobu from the Nightshade Grotto.
Kurokage is the grandmaster level of ninja, or specifically of the kunoichi, one of her most stunning qualities is her bright red eyes, she is the most skilled and deadliest kunoichi in Nippon, but she is overlooked and underappreciated by Hanzo and his shinobi, rarely used other then only used for seduction mission and even with her being the source of the unique form of magic called "ninjutsu" she's still not as respected as her rival Hanzo, she is the owner of a kusarigama no shuriken, a chain-linked sickle and fuma-shuriken that has taken many lives called the Kaze-akuma/Wind Daemon, but Tsukiko felt that she wasn't able to escape Hanzo's shadow.
Tsukiko Nightshade Shinobu rouse to her position by defeating one-hundred rival kunoichi by hunting down and killing the greatest prey, and she did tracked down a infamous ronin that killed Nakamura's wife, that was hiding out in the far out southern shoreline of Nippon, she needed no aid or seduction, she use the "Kage Kurōn Jutsu" to make duplicates of herself and single handedly killed the village and target.
She did became the next Kurokage, but the Shogun was appalled by her actions, because she avenged his wife she was spared but the murder of the village was disgraceful, which she didn't understand to her and her Nightshade Sisters, she's a hero but to all a needless killer.
To her that village was corrupt by allowing tribesmen into their lands and harboring that disgusting ronin, since then she has been resentful to the Shogun, and his open favoritism to the shinobi over the better skilled kunoichi, since then she has grown her numbers and taught ninjutsu exclusively to her clan, and followers.
The Shogun's ninja spies that were outside of Nippon, have reported great shifts on the rest of the outside world, their mortal enemies of Greenskins, Ogres, and the forces of Chaos were on the move, all because of a new wicket God has descended on the world.
Cause of this all their enemies, and partial allies from Grand Cathay are starting to move into action along with the other races, Elves, Dwarves, and foreigners (Empirials, Bretonnians, & Kislevites) which will cause them to unfortunately be caught the crossfire as the entire world is basically at war now.
Hence Nakamura calling fort his greatest warriors and subordinates to together come with a suitable response to this chaos and looming war that is treating to swallow their nation as well.
Tsukiko believed it was in opportunity to expand their territory and eliminate potential threats before they can come to their lands, but Hanzo and the Four Daimyo of the Regions, were against her advice they believe that should reinforce their borders and prepare should war come onto their lands, Tsukiko was shocked behind her face mask that these fools would risk their homeland by being defensive.
But worse for her opinion, the Shogun agreed, hearing enough she created a duplicate discreetly and left, calling on one of her subordinates to prepare the kunoichi for war, and also to alert quite possibly the only one that can help Nippon at this grave moment.
In the southern borders of Nippon, a large force of disgraced samurai that broke the Bushido Code were gathering under the command of the a infamous ronin and the Hitogoroshi Izuna Tsubaki the Ravenous Wolf/Don'yokuna Ōkami, that leads the largest band of ronin and aramusha in the nation.
Izuna is a deadly ronin, that is a disgrace to the Code of Bushido, she sees it a noose and waste as long as she can fight, drink, and kill she'll use any means to win, including cutting off her right arm, when the Shogun's favorite son, Shun came to stop her's and her band rampage and raiding across Nippon.
During that clash between her army and the young heir, Shun, she was cutting down everyone with her two katanas with swiftness and movements that many swear resembled a raging wolf sinking it's fangs and claws onto all it prey.
She even killed a Kuroki on her own, by cutting it throat but then Shun focused on her, rushing to face her with a smile on her face she was ready to fight and this distracted her from the kuroki falling and pinning her left arm, as the samurai heir to the throne charge at her.
Refusing to die in such a pathetic way, she cut off her own arm from above elbow and in a surprise swing killed the Shogun's son, while trading her right eye as well in that last clash between them.
It didn't end there she picked up her discard second sword, and placed it in her mouth, using it in battle performing spinning attacks, and lowering her body to slash with her second blade in her mouth, she left a bloody massacre behind that day, and earn the Shogun's ire.
Since then she had perfected her new unorthodox fighting style, and kill much more people that have picked a fight with her, cause of this ronin, bandit, and aramusha have started to gather and follow her onto battles and raid all across Nippon, while enjoying the rice-wine of Nippon, a kunoichi appear before her deliver a message that brought a bloodthirsty grin onto her face.
