Capítulo 267: Rising Inevitability of Change

(General POV)

Location the Immaterium-Deep in the Warp, the Incomplete Realm of the Sorceror

It's realm, the realm of endless change and complexity was further expanding and changing to the desire and designs of what many call the Changer of Ways, or simply the Changer.

It felt his power and knowledge grow with each passing moment, with each indirect offering and worship, with every scheme, manipulation, as well as understanding this new source of power that is circulating within the Warp also...Magic...

Sensing the unimaginable power of magic surging through the Warp, alongside daemonic and psychic energies, intrigued this nameless unborn Chaos God.

As more time passes the stronger and more understanding it becomes, along with more sentient...but not only was he starting to design and build the stronghold of his seat of power, a foundation of blue stone and crystal was starting to form around the ever growing sapphire blue cocoon, as this will be the future site of the Impossible Fortress, the citadel of this Chaos God, which he began building to lie at the very heart of his Realm of the Sorcerer, as unimaginable mass of eldritch horror hangs and sways underneath this ever growing structure.

But regardless of this citadel of power, construction progress this Dark God was still in danger of enemy attack and invasion from his rival siblings, he needs an army, an army of daemons to enforce his will and defend his realm, so the Changer of Ways stopped building the Impossible Fortress and the Realm of the Sorceror and focus on spawning his army at the moment.

The Dark God of Change, began with the ones that shall serve as his main frontline and more numerous amongst his daemonic servents.

Pink Horrors, shall be the Lesser Daemons of this still not fully sentient God, the footsoldiers of his Daemonic legions, identified by their luminescent pink skin and their squeals of high-pitched laughter.

No Pink Horror shall be exactly the same these eldritch like gremlins are unique in their form's utter unpredictability, from spawning with uneven amount of arms, multiple to a singular amount of eyes, massive mouth with rows of sharp teeth, to beak with or without sharp fangs

They are in fact shapeless masses of solid Warp-energy that undulate and transform, cycling through a myriad of different shapes and colours, ever-changing, always in a state of becoming.

Their behaviour is no less random, a design the Changer of Ways finds amusing for its first creations.

Spellcasting fills shall one and the greatest joy of these daemons, and they'll emit especial merriment as eldritch energy screeches from their upraised hands.

But that's not the end of what his horrors are able to do, for another lesser daemon that was created alongside and from the Pink Horrors, is also these daemons last trick against this nameless Gods foes...

Blue Horrors were the next daemon created by this growing Dark God...

A Blue Horror is a unholy product that results from the destruction of a Pink Horror.

When severely wounded or outright slain, a Pink Horror exhales a final lunatic cackle before rapidly decomposing into an ectoplasmic blob of gyrating magic, which swiftly alters colour and divides into two Blue Horrors diminutive replicas of their parent, while smaller and weaker than a pink horror, their added number can overwhelm their victims in battle.

But that still wasn't the end...

The last of this Changer's footsoldier are smaller and weaker then the pink or blue horrors but make up for it with more numbers and greater "firepower" their called Brimstone Horrors.

Just as a dying a Pink Horror splits into two lesser incarnations, a slain Blue Horror will split once more upon its death into a pair of Brimstone Horrors.

He named after the stench so strong it offends even other Daemons, these diminutive Warp creatures may look bright and whimsical sprites of daemonic warpfire, but they are in truth spiteful and vindictive.

They realize that the glories of authority and prominence are forever beyond them cause of their state and power.

To make themselves feel better, they burn everything they come across by hurling magical flame, in merry laughter and joy.

Next daemons will be the more wide spread attack in the Legions of Change.

Once again the Changer of Ways, within its cocoon split a part of his essence to create more lesser daemon, and he shall name them Flamers.

When they appear, they are disturbing to say the least, their tubular bodies melded with multiple gnashing faces or grimacing maws, even their long arms end with wide maws as well.

Their forms end in a pinkish, fleshy, fungoid "skirt" that they use to propel themselves along the ground by expelling gaseous ichor, allowing them to soar across the air in a fair turn of speed and to bound and leap across the ground with considerable mischievous gusto.

Flamers uses its blazing limbs to hurl bolts and streams of daemonic warp-flame at the foe of their Dark God, but this "fire" is not fire in its truest sense, but a roiling cloud of pure Chaos energy of mutating Change which, rather than burn matter, instead warps reality.

A victim might briefly feel invigorated before collapsing into a writhing puddle of flesh and flashes of pure Warp-energies, or rapidly mutate into a writhing Chaos Spawn, or even feel unimaginable cold instead of heat, the litteral endless possibilities of Warpfire can inflict on poor souls.

When the Flamer spews its fires, small droplets fall to the ground and ignite.

After a moment, the flames take on the characteristics of a nearby person or object, portraying the events unfolding around it, often in a deeply disturbing or mocking manner.

Making these final lesser daemons of Change, quite a nightmare for the future foes of the Changer of Ways.

The Changer finished with his main footsoldiers against it rivals that dwell within his infinite domain (Immaterium), but it still felt threatened and vastly outnumbered by the daemonic legions of it...siblings.

He immediately started to create another daemon, a beast for his legions that will dominate the skies and tear apart his enemies.

Pulling onto pieces of his essence and desire to mold and create these hellbeasts, in a flash several dozen blue and slightly pink colored manta ray like daemons started to manifest and swim/fly across the multi-blue tone skies of his realm.

These mantas were large with multiple sharp spikes and fangs pertruding from some have a pair, or multiple, or not single eye on them.

As they fly, they leave behind contrails of multi-coloured sparks, and they emit the piercing, high-frequency whine that gives these creatures their name, Screamers.

With the rising number of horrors spawning across the realm of Change, the nameless Dark God, the sapphire cocoon of this still not fully birth God started to pulsate and call upon many Pink Horrors, to grant them a bit more power...as this entity felt a bit generous at the moment.

Sparks of power and arcane/psyker energies started to surge and burst fort from the cocoon of the Changer of Ways, these bolts of electric dark blue surge forward striking at several pink horrors, but instead of the wails of pain, mad cackling and twisted laughing echoed as these horrors felt stronger, invigorated, smarter, and more as they started to change in form...these were the first high-daemons of Change.

Some of these former horrors turned more humanoid in physique, taller and more muscular than other of their kin, as well their skin gained shades of purple, and blue, but the biggest change Changecasters was their head either gaining more avian like features or turning into blue moon shaped, adorning their new bodies were golden necklaces with sapphire and the Eye on the center, braces edged with runes on their arms and legs, and rings with precious stone on their fingers.

The changecasters obtained weapons as well, some gained special gift the Changer of Ways, some were wielding Bedlam Staves, long staves with a large, greenish-blue eye held either by a cresent moon or a golden eight-point star, while others obtained an daemonic, ornamental long kriss sword known as Mutating Warpblades.

The other pink horrors chosen to ascend as high-daemons are the Fluxmasters.

Retaining some of their previous physical aspects as Horrors only growing in size, power, and malevolence all former Pink Horror sprouted many tentacles on the head and back, their faces gain a large blue or bluish black, sharp beak with sharp-teeth or jagged edges, some even gained twisting horns as well.

While both Changecasters and Fluxmasters obtained sorcerous foci called the Endless Grimoires, several of these Fluxmasters gained a special gift from their God, as more and more Screamers were being spawned and flying/swimming across the skies of their master, the Changer of Ways.

The sapphire cocoon began pulsate again, psychically grasping to these hellbeasts as Screamers that are chosen began to be transformed again by their dark master.

They've been to serve as mounts for high-daemons of the Changer of Ways, and quite possibly worthy aspirants and champions might be rewars with these Discs.

These Screamers turned Discs are bound in magnificent bands and blades and turned into new form and act as flying mounts for his fluxmasters now.

These flying Daemonic Steeds are tied to the will of their masters, combining great mobility and calculated thinking, with Discs itself, while the discs display an infinite variety of colour and form, some of them will be able to surge forward by bending the dimensions of Realspace, whereas others emit jets of warpflame from maws on their underside.

The Fluxmasters were pleased with these gift a grimoire to enhance their psyker and magical might, and a steed to soar and fly throughout the battlefields, to spread their dark master's influence and will.

Now the Changer of Ways, needed powerful and capable, enforcers and commanders to lead his legions and enforce his dark will across the Materium and Immaterium.

Channeling larger amounts of power and of its essense to create his Greater Daemons, his Lords of Change, a nightmarish merger between bird and reptile, these giant bird daemon with shimmering skin, wicked curved beaks, several glorious mutations, extra eyes on their bodies, palms, tongues and more, their humongous, multi-coloured, spectrum-shattering bird wings.

Their greatest asset and attributes aside from their vast intellect is their command and use of sorcery, the Changer of Ways made each of these bird like Greater Daemons, Daemon Sorceror of both psyker and magical sources.

Those weak mortal who gaze upon these twisted prisms of pure Warp-energy shall begin to feel their sanity shred and reason slip away, they'll shall be faced by a being of change incarnate, bedrock beliefs crumble and twist, and the mind seeks firm purchase in vain.

Treachery, deceit, capriciousness: these are the hallmarks of the Lords of Change.

They shall be his greatest servants weave scheme upon scheme, a dense tangle of intermingling threads, so convoluted and eon-spanning that none can grasp their true purpose.

Not only that these new Greater Daemons were gifted with their own weapons to enforce the schemes, and manipulations of the Changer of Ways.

Giant ornamental blades, called Baleful Swords are a type of glittering blade of mystical powers of Chaos, all these Lords of Change were granted a giant staff to act as a foci for their spellcasting & sorcery, these staves are the Everstave, the Paradox, and the one with most unknown outcome of using then the Staff of Change.

As the unborn Chaos God, watched and sensed the forming and growing legions of daemons to match and challenge the forces of his older siblings, they praise him as the horrors were already acting as little malicious gremlin, and the Screamers flew and circle around it cocoon.

When it suddenly felt a huge amount information getting dump within it.

Within the forming mind of this dark deity of Change, was more knowledge involving the neverborns, he learn how to create and spawn two new forms of daemons, called Spirits and Elementals, he didn't know where or from what this sudden influx of knowledge and power came from, but it was most welcome.

So the Changer, began creating his new neverborns, starting with spirits.

Once more pulling from his ever growing chaotic, divine powers the Changer began to spawn, whole new daemons.

A mass of Warp-energy started to surge and merge forming into winged, form fluctuating entities, they all have four sets of blue and black colored avian wings, surrounding a giant central eye which was multi-coloured blue with aqua, and a long segmented tail with a golden cresent moon shaped tip end on their tail.

These are his Fluxing Eyes, not being to be seen by non-psykers, and their fluctuations make them hard to track by weak psykers & sorcerors, but their main abilities it was truly please the Changer of Ways.

The Fluxing Eyes are magic casters and psykers capable of not only copying a spell of their choosing once, after seeing it, but attack with bolt of energy made from the mutating force of Change, and their greatest and most vilest attack/ability if they focus a thin ray into the eyes of their victim they can steal the eyes of those that caught into their sight, adding eyes to themselves increasing their abilities.

Truly spirits of mutation and evolution, constantly hungry to add eyes to their form as twisted collections, the Changer felt the malice and desire to evolve overflowing from his daemonic spirits, the fluxing eyes.

Now it was finally time, to create the final daemons of Change, his elementals.

Not even beginning and this unborn God already sensed the deep connection with the elements of Fire, Storm (Electricity), and Arcane (Energy/Raw Magic) regardless these daemons will serve as great piece on the board for all games and ploys, that the Changer was already fixing.

For a final time it surge fort a part of dark divine essence to bring fort a new daemonic entity, to the frey of Change.

Suddenly burst of blue fire erupted from the earth of the Realm, it started to drain the magic in the very "air" of the daemonic domain of Changer of Ways.

As huge perfect spherical orbs of glass and golden rings appeared at the center of these columns of fire, these drew the Flamers close to said fires floating around them, as these elementals were continuing to form themselves.

Then within these sphere an eye of fire spark inside them, looking around as they started to bend the blue flames of warpfire into actual bipedal bodies, as they "walked" towards the Changer's cocoon they burned the grown with magical fire creating minitaure version of these elementals that flew next to these Firewisps, as the Changer named these fire elementals.

The power over all sources of fire, literal perfect sync in battle with flamers, and things that fall victim to their flames become sources for new lesser wisp to spawn, and act as sentinel familiar for the main bodies or the firewisps.

These dozen Firewisps stood before their dark creator and master, speaking in psychic form in echoed voices that the flames of the arcane are eternally his alone to command.

This more than surpassed the Changer's expectations, now all was left is to expand his army numbers to the limits allowing him to face any threat that comes from his siblings, and finishing the final construction of the Realm of Sorceror, and the Impossible Fortress, before he can feel secure enough to go on the offensive.
