Naruto lifted off the ground and stretched his hand towards Pain and the other Akatsuki members and said "Shinra Tensei". A sudden force erupted from his hand and blew away all the Akatsuki members and also destroyed the roof of the cave and also the surroundings. 'Mann... I always wanted to say that' he thought to himself.
Zetsu's eyes nearly popped out. He was too surprised "No way... This is not happening. I underestimated him too much" he murmured. Naruto turned back to see the surprised faces of Itachi and Orochimaru as he said "What are you too waiting for? You can leave now" Both of them nodded their heads and Itachi asked "You also have those eyes?" Naruto nodded "Don't be surprised. Sasuke has one too. I helped him get his". Itachi was surprised and smiled as he started leaving without a word.
Naruto then turned back to pain who was buried under the debris and once again pointing his hands said "Bansho Tenin" The body of Ashura Pain floated in front of Naruto and got held by his neck. Naruto then spoke "You see, you are a fake god that can't even handle the power of those eyes. You don't deserve them". Then a truth seeking ball appeared and covered Ashura pain destroying the body of Yahiko. Naruto then sent the truth seeking balls towards the other fallen members of the Akatsuki as well successfully killing them.
At this time, there appeared a swirling portal and Out came an angry masked man. He looked around and was surprised to see every akatsuki member dead and he turned towards Naruto "What have you done boy? I should have killed you long back. Nobody will mess up the plans of Uchiha Madara" I looked at him and spoke "You came right on queue Obito. I wanted to torture and kill you with my own hands for kinning my parents".
He then changed his sharingan to Mangekyou and pot Obito under a Genjutsu that he had created and designed aft the sake of torturing him. Obito was captured inside the Genjutsu. Naruto watched him for a while and after some time, Obito started crying and yelling "Nooooo". Naruto was satisfied seeing his reaction. Black Zetsu was too scared to say anything. He was just watching everything with horror witnessing Naruto's powers.
Inside the Genjutsu, Obito first successfully captured Naruto after fighting him and got Naruto's Rinnegan for himself. He then completed his eye on the moon plan and successfully brought peace. Then he revived Rin, but soon after, she was killed. Obito didn't loose heart and revived her again, but she dies again. The cycle only repeated and he couldn't save her every time. Finally, at last, he managed to save her once and got happy and proposed to her only to be rejected and he also saw Rin and Kakashi secretly having a relationship with each other and their intimate moments which made him scream.
Obito was on his knees. Naruto walked near him and took his mask off and ripped his remaining eye. He then stored his eyes in a bottle to give it as an momento to Kakashi. After doing that, Naruto held a truth seeking ball in his hand and pressed it against Obito's head covering him in black and destroying his body. The last thing Obito saw before he dies was Kakashi and Rin ******* each other doing their thing.
With this, it was the end of the Akatsuki. Black Zetsu after witnessing all this spoke "Now, you have destroyed all my plans and killed everyone. You are too strong and I can't stop you even if you want to kill me and take all the tailed beasts for yourself" Black Zetsu as soon as he saw Naruto's rinnegan, lost all hope. Then after witnessing the truth seeking balls, it reminded him of Hagoromo and understood that the same cycle of Hagoromo-Indra & Ashura will repeat even if he lay low and waited.
He also knew that Naruto was not as stupid and forgiving as Hagoromo. He will destroy everything and everyone that goes against him. So he succumbed to his fate as he had no power to do anything. Naruto shook his head "Zetsu, you don't need to worry about Kaguya. As I said, I will definitely free her. But you have to make sure she doesn't attack me and I'll also not do anything to her".
Zetsu just nodded. What else can he do? He knows that with the rinnegan and the truth seeking balls, Naruto can be a match against Kaguya and he could also feel an even greater power unlike he had ever seen and felt inside Naruto. He was scared of that power and also not sure weather even Kaguya can handle it if Naruto unleashed that power. This was the More More fruit power inside him. So he just nodded and resigned to his fate accepting everything that Naruto said.
