Capítulo 38: 38.A Shocked Black Zetsu
As the battle was raging, the Akatsuki created different teams to help different villages. Their only objective was to jumble up everything in the war and to capture the tailed beasts. But all their efforts were not going well as the villages secured their tailed beasts after the loss of one and two tails. And the current akatsuki members were not so dedicated. Itachi was in his own world. Orochimaru will not take on any missions that doesn't interest him. Nagato had a god complex and Obito was well Obito. Only Sasori and Deidara were working properly.
This made Black Zetsu rethink his strategy. He needed a trump card and he made a decision to contact the strongest Shinobi alive in the world and try to use him. This black Zetsu made its way towards Uzumaki village. There were both Naruto and Sasuke. If he could get Naruto to work with him, He would get Sasuke as well. That was his thinking. And if everything worked out, he didn't need Madara or Nagato or Obito anymore. Naruto was the Ninetails Jinchuriki as well so Zetsu would get the Ninetails as well by tricking Naruto.
Back at the leaf village, Karin and Sakura just finished the sage mode training and also got the sage seals implanted by Naruto. Both of them were now at Peak Kage level with Karin being stronger just a step short of reaching super Kage level. Naruto also found out that there was indeed Ashura's chakra inside of him and it showed signs of being released after his body turned into sage body. But he had to wait for all of it to be released or meet Hogoromo and get it activated from him.
At this time, when Naruto was resting, he sensed some disturbance underground. He knew it was one of the Zetsus. So he just waited for them to show up. After some time, a black humanoid came out of the ground in front of Naruto. Naruto looked at the black mass and smiled. The black mass spoke first "Hello, my name is Zetsu. I'm not an enemy. I just want to speak to you". Naruto nodded "Go on. I'm listening" he said. Zetsu after getting the green signal and not attacked by Naruto continued "As I said, my name is Zetsu and I've come to ask you to join our organisation in creating peace and stop all the wars in the world".
Naruto asked "How are you going to do that?" Zetsu was happy that Naruto was taking interest in him and answered "By collecting all the tailed beast chakra, we are able to make ninjutsu become ninshu once again like what the sage of six paths intended. If you have doubts, you can ask your friend Sasuke about the Naka shrine in the Uchiha compound. It was left by the sage of six paths himself". Naruto nodded and asked "How do you know about some shrine in Uchiha compound? Who are you or what are you actually?"
Black Zetsu answered "This may come as a surprise to you, but I'm actually just a will of a person." Naruto smiled "Who is that person?" Zetsu nodded and said "I'm the will of Uchiha Madara. Madara knew about the second Hokage and how he mistreated the Uchiha. So he fought for them, but the Uchiha clan itself betrayed him. So before his death, to fulfil his dream, he created me and told me to bring peace in the world. Since the warring states period, all Madara wanted was peace and I'm born form that result"
Hearing this, Naruto started clapping. "It was the best story I heard in my life Zetsu. Bravo. But I can sense you are lying. So come out with the truth so that I can trust you." Zetsu frowned and said "I'm not lying...." Naruto interrupted "You see Zetsu, I have Ninetails inside of me and using this chakra, I can sense emotions. So I can tell when you are lying. It started when you talked about the sage of six paths".
Zetsu contemplated for a while and said "If you have doubts, I can show you. The sage of six paths was real". Naruto shook his head "Ah! Zetsu, I know that Hagoromo was real. I'm not asking about him. I'm asking about your plans. Come clean and I'll help you". Zetsu didn't realise and started speaking only to stop in the middle and get shocked "Fine. As you said Hogoromo is real.... W-wait a minute!!! How did you know that name?" Naruto answered "I know many things much more than you could ever Imagine Zetsu. Just come clean now if you want my help".
Zetsu thought for some time and said "Actually, the plan is to collect all the tailed beasts and cast a Genjutsu on the moon to stop all the wars and bring peace." Naruto spoke. "Infinite Tsukoyomi Ah! What happens after that?" Zetsu was surprised he almost fell down and asked "How do you know that?" But Naruto just activated his EMS. Seeing this shocked Zetsu once again and asked "How is it possible? How do you a non-uchiha have eternal?" Naruto just shook his head "Answer me first. What happens after Infinite Tsukoyomi?"
Zetsu couldn't say anything else. He got some dangerous vibe from this kid. He wanted to escape, but he also found out that this kid is the key to reviving his mother as he also has EMS along with the Nine tails. So he stayed and replied "After the Genjutsu is cast, people will lose the will to fight against each other and become like a family and this will bring peace". Naruto shook his head and spoke "Ah! You won't say anything else I know. Anyway, I don't care about this world and if you accept my conditions, I'll help you revive Kaguya."
Zetsu choked himself amd fell back hearing Naruto and the only word that came out of his mouth is "H-How?" Naruto showed a warm smile towards Zetsu "As I said Zetsu, I know more than you can imagine. I know that you are the Kama seal of Kaguya. Born from A part of her will. And you have strived for a thousand years in order to revive the Juubi and your mother". Zetsu was shocked beyond belief and asked stuttering "W-who a-are y-you? What do you want?" He understood that Naruto is not someone of this world and his plans are already ruined and he can never revive his mother if Naruto doesn't co-operate. So he asked the million dollar question. If Zetsu was a normal human, he would have already died of shock.
