This book gave me the ride of my life I felt chills,thrills and a lot of excitement but most of all i felt satisfaction I found in this book what i have always yearned for. Truly you are an awesome author keep on with the good work. I dare write here that this will be the best book i have ever read in my life

Really I still can't believe I read through the whole story in just 2 weeks . Normally I give up halfway if I think the story is boring or not up to my taste . But this novel is so good ! I was not even that into horror stories. I guess I'm now I'm a horror story lover.
sooo amazing book. the more I read about it the more I was intrigued. the ending was very slightly not expected but overall I loved every single page. thank you to the author.

A witty, clever story about a young man who must battle supernatural forces to save this parents and his world in a modern everyday town. This story is also spiced with humor, mystery, and romance.
As someone who is a fan of horror, this really evokes the sense of uneasiness and dread as that of watching a movie. The atmosphere is great and the pace is just right which is not too frantic, akin to spamming jumpscares just to get a reaction, nor too drawn-out. A great read especially during those days where a slight jolt of adrenaline is badly needed.
One of the best read with a well balanced story of Horror, comedy and mystery. Give it a try i am sure you will enjoy it.
I love this novel! I finally finished reading it. It has a special place in my heart. I will never forget Chen ge and his ghost gang! This novel made me immune to horrors.. well somehow... At first I was also trembling and couldnt help but grew suspicious of my surroundings. There was a time I got spooked from the towel hanging above me. I also got a shock of my life when something fell on our roof. To sum it all up. I started as a coward, ignorant and clueless. I followed Chen ge throughout his Horror Journey. My heart and mind were tempered along his. The taste of terror makes my blood boil. Its makes me feel 'alive'! This was the first horror novel I read and it has taken a special place in my heart. Thank you, Author!
it's difficult for me to find a good story that keeps me coming back but I waited religiously to read this all the time. I'm glad I finished it but sad it's over. chen ge is a aspiration.
I just finished reading the novel but I think the author forgot the ghost fire 4 star mission or was it really left out

This novel was an absolute roller coaster ride! I loved reading it, the story was well written and thought out. So many incredible plot twists that one couldn't even imagine. I hope there's a part 2 where we see development of Zhang Ya and Chen Ge :D
Not realy System-Guide theme Novel. If you looking for Horror-Mystery book, this is one of the best "on the market". If you love Plague Doctor, LOTR, you will love this one. I realy love "The Wheel of Misfortune", more lucky you have, more Misfortune you will get.
