Capítulo 339: Chapter 339 : Talking!!
As the meeting was reaching the final state of things. Elsewhere, Rukia woke up and clutched her head.
She looked around, but she didn't recognised the place, therefore, she got up and looked out of the window.
Rukia: "This?? This is the Rukongai. I remember this place, this place here was when i helped Renji and his friends steal water by tripping their pursuer and helping them get away."
Rukia: "This place is where i grew up with my... Ugh!!!!"
As Rukia clenched her head a boy and girl appeared from outside making the girl tackle and hug her.
Rukia: "Ughh... What is your problem?? Who are you??."
Girl: "Ughh... Uuuuwwuuu..."
Boy: "You know if you don't show her willingly your face she will not remember you..."
Girl: "Ugh... I know this..."
The girl sits up and told Rukia to look at her. As she asks if Rukia remembers her now, Rukia felt somewhat familiar with the face in front of her and after a few seconds, she expressed surprise.
Rukia: "You two are...."
At the captains meeting in the Seireitei, Yamamoto after he listened and processed everything he asked for a damage report from each captain.
It was then that Ukitake revealed the destruction from the Reishi leak covers two hundred spirit miles, centered in the east-west direction, and extends over a third of the Seireitei.
When Yamamoto asks what the status of the casualties is, Unohana says they have never seen anything like it, for the victims were enveloped by the Reishi and turned into petrified stone.
Yamamoto: "Sora, do you know anyway they can be reverted from being stone??"
Sora: "If i knew i would have told you, but this is Mayuri's expertise or Urahara."
Shunsui: "Which both are out of the commision..."
Unohana: "Furthermore we don't know how to even confirm if they are dead or alive."
Sora: "Ah, about that i can help you, the stronger their reiatsu is the longer they will leave."
Soi Fon: "That still doesn't tell us if they are alive."
Byakuya: "No, it can by raising our Reiatsu we will be able to sense their fluctuations of theirs."
Yamamoto: "What is Mayuri's status??"
Unohana: "He appears to be in some sort of daze, for he cannot remember anything about the current situation or even important facts about himself."
When she says he appears to have lost a portion of his memory, but they are not sure how it happened, Yamamoto tells Komamura to rush back to the place where they comfort the two that carried the Shinigami by the name Kuchiki Rukia and search for them.
Confirming this, Komamura paid his respect as he went out following his orders.
At that moment the 10th Division Captain Tōshirō Hitsugaya stated this is very disturbing, Ukitake turned to him as all other Captains waited for Histugaya to answer what it was disturbing.
Hitsugaya: "I believe we are missing something here. Right, Sora, since you were tasked to look after those two, do you know their names??"
Hitsugaya: "Anything you might remember will be helpful as there is a crisis at hand."
Sora shook his head as he really didn't want to mess his quest. Yamamoto then told them that if more of our ranks were to fall from our memories they are to consider this the most serious threat in the history of the Seireitei and says all divisions are to coordinate their efforts to find the intruder.
As everyone dispersed Sora was looking at Yamamoto who was looking back at him.
Yamamoto: "How about you say the truth now??"
Sora: "All i can say is that if this plan of mine works, then we may gain a few allies back from faking being dead."
It was the last thing he said before Sora vanished inside his door leaving Yamamoto pondering over his words and it wasn't that long before he realised his meaning.
