She knew of a few methods to regrow a lost arm and then reattach it, but they took a considerable amount of time, and the new limb might not integrate seamlessly with the body. However, Kazuki's method seemed to restore Nara Jonin's arm to 100% without any drawbacks. It was a marvel that incorporated Fuinjutsu to compensate for the original loss of vitality in the arm, something not achievable with standard Iryo ninjutsu.
