This potion greatly enhanced his physical development, allowing him to surpass human limits. However, to maintain this advantage, he now needs to train every part of his body proportionally to ensure balanced growth. Another effect of the potion is the slight resistance to magic. That said, for this resistance to improve, Asta must consistently expose himself to magical attacks. Even with this training, the resistance will remain relatively minor.
