as tusk act 4 you can use anytime is still inferior to act 3 as it doesn't have infinite rotation and is just a punching ghost alongside the nails. it doesn't allow you to create wormholes like act 3, although that doesn't really matter for Johnny in the manga as he uses horses to get around anyways
