Ya know... if the slave auctions made it a habit to collect finger or toe nail clippings from their captured slaves then it would have been possible to make a Vivre card for our stupid ass MC. Then they wouldn't have an issue tracking him. An MC who, for the sake plot, imbibed so heavily that more than 12 hours later he still was unable to be awakened. Vivre cards seem criminally under utilized in canon and fanfics.
