Minister
After a brief thought, Madam Bones nodded, "There was indeed such a thing. I don't quite remember the young witch's name, but I do recall Minerva brought the child's end-of-year exam results and comments from all her professors to the Ministry for Connolly to sign the form."

No, I'm just giving a reason for them to reconcile.
"How are you still not seeing the point?" Hagrid's patience was wearing thin now, his voice growing as rough as his appearance. "Now you know Ron's pressure is real - not just some dramatic act he's putting on. So I'll ask you again: why should he have to bear the weight of being your friend? He could have walked away the moment he realized what it would mean, but he didn't. Isn't it obvious that Ron values the friendship more than his own comfort?"

The main point is ron is being childish and feeling down about his friends being famous and him being like ordinary. He needed time to sort his feelings like in deathly hallows in canon and Hermione was also giving him that space and time by not confronting him directly but Harry after knowing Ron's conflicted feeling exploded and both fought each other.
