Ichibei can quite literally gain strength from the Universe since it's all black, not to mention he can also gain strength from different timelines. Gremmy created an entire galaxy and sealed off Kenpachi there. But Kenpachi shattered a fabric space and crawled back out. Starrk, in base, managed to grab Orihime and brought him back to Las Noches in instant, under the eyes of Ichigo and Kenpachi, covering an insane distance. Starrk also overwhelmed Two Captain Class Vizards, and Two of the strongest Captains in Gotei, almost forcing Shunsui to use Bankai. Rereading Bleach just made me realize how absolutely broken they are.
This is an AU. I just feel like Gods in DxD weren't done any justice.
Those two are as strong as Chief Gods such as Zeus and Odin at best, and as a Primordial Goddess, Nyx has power that completely eclipses any Chief Gods.

Not really. Grimmjow was able to distort the fabric of space by firing a Gran Rey Cero. It has also been shown that Espadas possessed Reiatsu so powerful that their presence could break apart an entire separate dimension. Starrk was also so powerful that when Aizen felt his reiatsu, he decided to wait until he got the Hogyouko, and Starrk was weakened from splitting his soul, before deciding to go and confront him. A little reference, Cien Granz, a former 0th Espada, split his soul and fell out of the Espadas, Starrk split his soul and was still the Primera.
