Don't know about you guys, but seeing the Mc do all that cool stuff all for it to be forgotten because of bell's skill just rubs me the wrong way. Sure adventurers would remember him as the blue flame guy , but all the credit would naturally go to bell if 'FATE' is what defines the progress of the story. And where are FMLs? He is not interacting with Ryu or any girl really. Not saying that he should be a rizz master or anything just have a sliver of romance in this 8k word chapter that just made me feel stuffy.
But there are multiple reasons for me to do this. One: I did not want everything to go the way the protagonist happen. I want to set it early that not everything will be handed to him. He will plan, plan, plan, and he might fail. Its to keep you guessing.
