Sorry for the dumb question but does this mean that the abilities the system gives will have the same power as they were portrayed or does this mean there is a hard cap for growth, like imagine there is a character with an ability full of potential but he himself is weak, will the mc be capped at that weak state or can he better the ability with it's potential.
