I can't rate it above 3 bc of 2 reasons. The thing with the sage mode and the stupid marriage with Mei Terumi that he just agreed to easy. The author is just of Terumi fan, so that's how he included her into his harem.

Actually is pretty fun how Hiruzen act with Kagami and his disinterest to everyone except Uchiha. Jiraiya, Fugaku, Minato, Kushina and now Kosuke should help this kid integrate to Konoha and become bridge between village and Uchiha. Hey old monkey, what about u? Do it something with this problem himself. As say If you need to do something well, do it on your own.
No like Itachi, he is much more weak then Uchiha. Maybe as Izumi or any side character in his age.
