The bloodline will improve his physical abilities to a certain extent, making it possible for him to drink salt water and there would be some unpleasant changes in his appearance as well.

I called Max early in the morning to get the ingredients for me, mostly alcoholic drinks. She made me promise to give her the leftovers from my experiments, but too bad for her, the 2 big crates she brought over were all gone now and turned into small vials of drink. The drink couldn't even be called the pan galactic gargle blaster anymore. "I think I'll call the drink; Humans Essence."

He already defeated a Demon King with one spell, travelled nearly the whole world, losing virginity climbing the steps to adulthood, slain a red dragon, became a renowned A-rank Adventurer, got married, and even damaged the hand of the Dragon God. It's like he's unlocking achievements in a video game.
