Yeah, I can understand what you are talking about, it's a waste of ttime nd effort and I agree, the thing is that I wish to develop a culture were men and women want to work. The point of the "law" is simply to get people to not hunt so much, influence or manipulate them, since no case of punishment has been a thing it still might not have that much deterrent, but it will be there.
