a suggestion, can you please lessen mentioning the lines like "with a new intellect boosted ny stephen haking" it is repetitive and not necessary to be mentioned everytime you explain something
i was expecting great things at first but as the story goes on, it has hardly any development on the mc's character, he acts like an intelligent person with great plans but in reality it is not. Bis character development is very weak to say rhe least. Not a great story.

it was good in the first chapters but it went right in the sinkhole for the next chapters, read at your own risk, the story is not worth it considering its updating stability
i don't really get the gist of the story, he uses his genjutsu multiple times to ensure loyalty amongst his people and also uses it a lot of times to "persuade" various leaders that rome is their future so why bother be cautious with other city-states, settlements, and tribes if he can use his genjutsu towards the leader and to the people to make them loyal? Why bother with strategizing if he can use genjutsu? I don't quite get the logic behind this one
