Well it’s reincarnation not really transmigration (though ig it could be both in this case). The MC’s past life as a man is completely irrelevant to the story and was just half of the first chapter or two and meant to be a joke about how every story is reincarnation for no reason, if it helps any. I get if it’s not your cup of tea but the story is overall satirical so things aren’t meant to make sense 🤷♀️
Neeko washed it off with her water magic beforehand and Dalia's body automatically disinfects most things with its extremely hot inner-temperature because she's a dragon! That being said, she can have blood in her butt if that's what you want to imagine ;)

The pussy system's plea is cut off by a giant explosion of icicles and the entire sewage systems water beside them freezing over. Through the wall that was just blown up, there's a naked beast-man who was in the middle of a shower. Except, the entire bathroom he was in is in shambles and all that stands is him and some frozen bathwater at his feet. He seems to be some kind of cat person like Neeko, but one of a more wild breed like Tiger or Lion. There's a large diagonal scar across his right eye.

The second fight for their 'back-to-back special ended even faster than the first since there was no stalling this time. Instead, the one opponent walked out with full armor and shields while the other carried pillows. Right when the fight started, the one with the pillows immediately dashed out of the arena and was disqualified while the other walked to the edge of the arena their partner was at while their partner set up pillows for them to be blown into.
