I'm a little interested in him healing others, maybe if he improves it enough he can become Semi-Immortal, in my humble opinion that would be a good idea.

His Technique allows him to transform his body to manifest any phenomenon that can be created by electricity, (Yes, this is Very OP, only Gege took it offscreen very quickly) a good example would be the 3rd Eye that comes out on his forehead, which allowed him X-Ray Vision which he used to see Sukuna's Body in detail, RTC would not be of much help to him, since his physical body is constantly changing, plus using RTC would only make him die faster, using it would wear out his energy faster, and his Body with its Technique is more Energy than anything else.

One of the things that Kashimo's technique has is that it pushes the limits of his body to the maximum, this means that no matter how strong his body is, the moment his technique ends, it will disintegrate.
