however I do agree with the fact that in base state it is unlikely for him to be at peak kage. however bringing the onoki or the raikages has if they are better is clearly not true.

this got to stop. the database clearly state the 3rd hokage in his prime was the god of shinobi and he was the strongest hokage. Personally I wish the author exhibited this onscreen a lot more for only anime watchers. also in the Manga old man 3rd literally blocks an attack from the gedo statue that all the current generation kage and the entire ninja world plus they had nine tails Chakra could not stop. old version comes in and blocks casually. Put some respect on 3rd hokage.

for jonin it is easy work. Naruto according to the data books literally runs at the speed of sound. and remember this is not when he is emotionally involved this is simply his normal speed. Also, we have seen jonin outspead him so essentially he should have no problems.
