I can only say that it was a good attempt; if the author had bothered to revise the AI-generated text and cut out the nonsensical parts, it would have been a good story, but unfortunately that doesn't happen. The text is full of redundancies and was visibly done by AI, mainly because every paragraph has some italicized thought from the protagonist, and speaking of the protagonist, he's kind of Chuunibyou, saying things that are cringeworthy and nothing like what you'd expect from a drug dealer. Okay, he wasn't a drug dealer in his previous life, but he should be an adult man, right? But there are many parts that give the impression that he was just a teenager or child. It's good, but it would be better if the author didn't prolong the protagonist's introspection and slowed down the plot. The priest would be a great scapegoat for the future disappearance of children, but you killed him off almost in the same chapter you introduced him. Not to mention that taking justice into your own hands doesn't suit the Pennywise monster; okay, there's a person from our world in his body, but it's anticlimactic to read about a chaotic cosmic entity discussing morality with a pedophile priest.
