The stronger the flaw one carried, the stronger the Aspect granted through the Nightmare Trials. Cassie being blind yet not having an equally powerful Aspect didn't make sense. In his experience with the multiverse, there was always a balance, an equivalent exchange of sorts: significant sacrifice for significant power.

I personally believe that Amon will work after all; the behavior of the Angel of Time is far too different from that of Amon (your OC). But you know best, after all, you are the writer of this story.
Also, I wanted to experiment a bit with this chapter and lay the foundation for the Amon shenanigans that will be pulled off. But I'm skeptical about calling him Amon since a character already exists with that name. So, I wanted to ask for some suggestions.
