Hoping it doesn't stay. Actually, now that I think about it Viltrumites don't get permanent scars. They physically can't IIRC. Conquest only had scars, iirc, bc he got them when he was infected by the virus so his healing factor wasn't working properly.
Before Beerus could press the attack, a portal opened behind Battle Beast. With a mocking grin, the beast stepped through, disappearing into the unknown. The portal closed with a snap, his new scars a testament to the fierce encounter. (AN: Think Vandal Savage's face scars)

Vandal Savage's aren't. If it was like one scar on the lip like Toji's I might agree simply due to the fact that Toji is peak. Any other face scars? Nah bro.

IIRC Uther doesn't have dragon blood. Vortigern has it cuz he drank dragon blood and Artoria has it cuz her birth involved Merlin infusing dragon essence into her so that she's born as some kind of "messiah"
