It's pretty big compared to most of the monsters in Godzilla, like at least 30 meters taller. But, it was incredibly light. Like I could pick this thing up and wave it around like a human would a bottle of water.

to be fair she was just exposed to an ungodly amount of chakra pressure from Hinata and Anko and just barely kept concious throughnthat, so she is rather rattled and likely does not have the experience to remain level headed through that. so no surprise she said that out loud without thinking how bad that would be until literally after it's too late

also doesn't help that the leader of the civilian council is Danzo Shimura. is one of the reasons he was able to hide all the s#!t he has been doing and get away with it. he is taking advantage of the civilian council to suit his own agendas and has portrayed himself as the "hero" of the civilians, which is also why he holds so much sway over most of the civilian populace
Half an hour later, the council members left the Hokage office, and just as Hiruzen had expected, they shamelessly piled up all their work onto Tsunade, before leaving the office again. Truth be told, Hiruzen was a little surprised that Tsunade managed to hold herself back and not attack any of the council members directly.

this is sadly a common thing I've noticed as well. though I have found a handful of Narutoverse fanfics that break this particular mold, most of them, like this one, only really vaguely following the "canon" timeline, or going another route entirely. is an interesting theme that I've noticed for Narutoverse fanfics. often the best ones are the ones that least follow the "canon" timeline or otherwise have their own fun twist on it that makes it its own distinct storyline
