This basically confirms that Yurial would have been the Manohar of warden magic if he lived.
'What kind of madman puts so much effort into protecting a frigging cottage and what the heck is that array?' Yurial's Hexagram spread its blue light above the house, thwarting Night's plans over and over again.

There's still one unresolved issue. Everything is hinting at Kami wanting to get married and having kids and Lith doesn't even want to think about it. This is something that will have be resolved before a multi year time makes sense.
It was stated I think all the way back in the White Academy arc that the liches drew lots to be the representative as of course they're all mad and obsessed with their own magical research and nothing else.
"Well said!" Inxialot gave him a standing ovation, clapping his bony hands and making the undead in the public wish they could kill him.

In future, please write a few more chapters to give your novels an actual ending. Even if it's a half baked ending, it's still better than just finishing the novel in the middle of a fight scene and basically saying "Yeah I got sick of it, bye!" It's an insult to your paying readers and makes you look unreliable as an author. No matter how good your writing is, people won't want to bother with someone who is that flaky with their series. It's a shame because your writing is some of the best on this site. The fight scenes were great and the way you took your time in the early part of the story to develop the magic system in a unique and exciting way was great too. The story began to go too fast later on which is perhaps why you decided to drop it, but otherwise it was good work and I hope with your next novel, you don't take your readers for granted.
There's literally nothing racist about that.

As long as one didn't know the specific way it worked, to most vampires and even beasts, they would think that he was invincible since he was able to turn his body into mist. The second being the fact that he just couldn't sense the fear when looking at Quinn.

Can definitely see Falco becoming Liths apprentice one day.
After a long debate that Lith avoided by asking Zinya for sanctuary, the three new members of the Verhen family received their names. Falco was the baby boy suffering from the Strangler disease, named after the person that had allowed him to survive against all odds.

I think he means his choice of paying back his debts to the kingdom instead of going his own way. If the price was rubbish his loyalty would wane.
No one interrupted as Prince Takis laid down orders one by one, looking each man in the eyes as he spoke. Lucian knew from his mannerisms that Takis had done this plenty of times before and reaffirmed that his choice had not been a bad one, as it might have been if his liege was less competent.

A small village like that if even a handful of the men were conscripted, and worse died, the village would struggle to survive without them.
With every one of their words Lucian felt something changing in his view of them, and not for the better. It was as if he was watching them decrease the value of their lives with every word. How was any of that ambition? They were given an opportunity to cultivate the body outside of the restraints of the army, and they stopped? Because they feared a possible conscription that had never come?
