My vote goes to aurora and minamoto no raikou. Both have pros and cons, but if I had to choose one, then raikou because she aligns more with the information we already know in previous chapters.

I think minamoto no Raiden is a better choice than Raiden shogun. I really like aurora as the mom though. I don’t even know what she is. Is witch a race? She uses a scythe so maybe she became a grim reaper in death?
I can see Merlin, Unohana, and Raiden(FGO Minamoto no Raiden). Tiamat might be a bit too high key for a hidden family. Rory and Ophis don’t fit at all in my opinion. Ariel and Aurora I can’t place who or where they come from. And Deborah, I just looked at the wiki and it seems like she is a human (with divine power).
Off the top of my head, only Irene Belserion comes to mind. I’m drawing a complete blank when “nonhuman” gets added to the mix.
