His Aspect could be used to augment himself, his Memories, his Echoes, and his Shadows. He could also augment inanimate objects, to a degree. But he had never been able to augment other living beings — with the sole exception of Nephis, whom he had been connected to by Shadow Bond before.

I was going to say that Serpent could turn into Daeron and emulate his Sovereign abilities but then I realized that because Serpent is only a Transcendent, he can’t since Daeron was a Supreme. I guess if he achieves the 5 stage of Shadow Dance and Serpent gets Ranked up to Supreme he could then do it.
Sunny had a little hope that augmenting a Supreme Devil would instantly reveal the secrets of Supremacy to him, but sadly, that was not the case. Although it was indeed a new and startling experience, Fiend was not a Sovereign.

So he could potentially mimic another Sovereign’s Domain and Abilities?! Thats wild, I guess it makes sense that the final form is that OP considering that he’s only on the 4th step and it’s already this insanely strong.
Overwhelmed by these thoughts, Sunny made a tentative guess about what the final form of Shadow Dance was meant to be. It was the ability to become a true shadow of a being — all of them, including their mystical powers and authorities — not just their shape.

I don’t think Nightnare creatures actually have Flaws. Aren’t Flaws tied with Aspects? Nightmare creatures don’t have Aspects so wouldn’t they also not have Flaws?

Probably not, I can’t imagine 30 mere Awakend corpses surviving in the harrowing reaches of the dream realm for over 30 years. They were probably all eventually destroyed in combat before being replaced by other corpses.
