Darkness is still at 69% he might have to make all the elements hit 80% and create a domain using all the elements essentially making a whole world that's under his rule.
He had wanted to level up before the military began; however, no matter how much he tried to increase his connection with the molecules and become one with them, it wouldn't budge. Every one had stopped at the 80% mark as though he was missing something.
