right, its not that he wants to do it alone or that he doesnt want to hire people, but its hard to find good talent. especially at this time when the talent agencies arent as developed, so its hard to find people who are qualified. eventually, james will hire more people to manage the business. sorry if that wasnt explained well.
to me he just seems like a regular person. idk, he might have two lives, but its not like he is omnipotent, nor is he some genius. Thats just the way i wrote him. Im trying to more realistic with how someone would act. Unless i write him as someone completely OP, its gonna be hard to show how competent he is. ill try to work on the progression of the story some more.
