Attacks or injuries to the head, while it could make some people stutter, leads more into slurring of words due to concussions, but general pain like falling on your back or getting punched in the stomach leads more into stuttering. Keep in mind all I wrote was also from experience, I hope your injuries got or gets better.

I think it's more of a mental test than a weapon test. I'm not sure but stabbing a living being that could react will be more effective than a dead being that can't, at least, scream, either in pain, anger, or fear.

Yeah, but the same could be said for scrawny characters like Luffy from the beginning, who doesn't really look strong until later on, could take on bigger, tougher looking characters.

That's fair. I, personally, never had problems recalling those sorts of details, or more like my mind doesn't allow me to forget, but I understand my case is not the norm.
It's kinda late, but I think when you are actively hunting and consuming Hollows from Bleach and wielding a sword from a dead Shinigami, I would make it a priority to remember information from Bleach.
