Blank is root, animal is anbu I think
"I was on a secret booze run… er, I mean just running an errand nearby when I felt a massive amount of chakra. What's going on, Haru?" Tsunade asked, her sharp eyes scanning the scene. "Who are all these ANBU? And why are their masks blank?"

from reddit At its core all a jump chain real is, is a series of CYOAs that are designed to flow into each other, that you take in a series which means you carry over the voices you make from one into the other. The base format for jump chains is that you’re “jumping” into specific fictional worlds for 10 years and you gain all the options from the CYOA document when you get there. The jump docs themselves all have a basic format too but that’s something apparent when you start using them and isn’t something you need to know ahead of time. In terms of “how is there both individual works and gaming here?” It’s because the Juno chain format itself is pretty loose. It’s most commonly used as the basis for a story, which you can write down or you could just go through in your head as an entirely internal adventure, however some people also enjoy adding rules to the system and playing it more like a game. However on this subreddit that’s not super common and most of the stuff that looks like game discussion is likely just people tying to optimize builds or figure out certain combos between abilities offered in separate jumps. The reason the latter happens is (at least imo) because junochain plays out like the power fantasy to end all power fantasies, so it attracts people who enjoy that. The type of people who enjoy that are also the type of people who enjoy being “overpowered” or at least optimizing their play style in games, and that mentality gets carried over. Jumpchain is a tool used to build stories, using a jumpchain document, generally for any number of fiction series, you get 1000 points to buy perks, items and companies. Using what you bought as a base, you can write out a story, though plenty of people just like making builds
Thanks everyone for the support for this fic, just so you guys know since I haven't explained it, the Celestial Grimoire is basically a massive sheet full of various Jumpchain Perks that are magic-based, it's based on another one called the Celestial Forge that are all 'Crafting-based Perks'.

Don’t like descriptions?
I could feel my fingers slip through the small cracks on the bottom as I pulled my weight up, going not only against the mass of the boulder but also the pressure of gravity itself.

i think the author said that the ratio of galleons to pounds was 1 to 100 so it would technically be the price of a car
Yeah, Harry forgot about the whole thing, to be honest, and it took a reminder from Blaise asking his opinion on how it was handled compared to the previous year. It didn't even come close to the outright war that Longbottom and Malfoy caused the previous year. Thankfully, the two rivals chose another arena to challenge each other at, Quidditch. The two twelve year olds did their best to spend every free moment practising seeker drills and learning difficult manoeuvres. Honestly, it looked kinda cool and Harry wondered if he should buy a personal broom just to go flying whenever he wants. He remembered it being somewhat relaxing, and he did earn his license in his flying lesson, so could buy it without it being an issue. It was still a relatively expensive purchase all things considered. It was technically classified as a vehicle and priced accordingly and it didn't make sense to buy one just for the sake of doing so. His vault already took a big hit with the materials for his anti-basilisk glare research and adding in more expenses just wasn't worth the risk.

It’s good, only thing I can think of is being a little more descriptive with the attacks/side details in the moment (like a pause for sweat dripping down their head or running down their back or a description of their heart pounding in their chest and ears ringing or just general descriptions of their senses and for the attacks it would be a description of his hands or muscles clamping down on the chain as he swings it with his whole body and his boots sliding a bit with the weight) but these guys were really weak so I liked it as it is
did he just imply another date?
Huh, was I missing something here?
