If you have better suggestions, give it to me, I'll take it. By the way, you're not the first person to mention this part being racist. I don't know why people care about racist this, racist that just from a sentence. Like I said to the other guy, humans are ones who came up these differentiation between the same kind, I am merely using them as is, it doesn't mean I am racist. Furthermore, as the author, I needed to clarify things to make you readers understand my depictions, otherwise, the story would lack essence in general if not already. Anyway, I would be rewriting these chapters and I would think of other ways to express myself without sounding racist until then.

There are four Districts and they do function like a country independently but not entirely as the humans are in an alliance against the same threat, hence sharing the same currency. The Eastern District mostly had Asians and then other races. The Western District had Europeans and Americans and also other races. There are Northern and Southern Districts but those were not introduced completely yet. One thing to note is that the current world or landmass is different from our world.
It doesn't in fact change anything. The execution was something I wanted to try for this novel and that was all. I only added recollection at the end of the first volume because people kept complaining about the thought bubbles/reactions they couldn't see, which led to confusion. If you don't like it, you can drop it at the first volume; those chapters in first volume will be rewritten for clarification later.
