These latest chapters have been some of the best writing I have ever read. I started this novel on a whim, the catchy title drawing me. I never would've guessed that this novel would become one of my top 5 stories of all time.

I agree with the other commenters that Sylas has been extremely unlucky and under so much pressure for too long. It's nice to get a breather and some satisfaction in this chapter. Hopefully this action won't immediately cause him more pain like everything else has for the past 80 chapters

Is this a pure villain novel where the mc will always be evil with no real purpose besides genocide? Or will this thought process change some? Jack seems a bit 2 dimensional right now

Urek swallowed, his hands trembling slightly. He tried to calm his mind, reassuring himself that Jack was merely a boy speaking out of frustration and bitterness. 'He'll change at the school,' he thought. 'With time, he'll become a better person.'

I understand the system attacking him as a traitor, but too much keeps happening over and over again. Stories need more than always having the worst possible outcome.

I think you're mixing up names. His father wouldn't know him as Jack, but as Asriel

Internally, Aldermond was less composed. 'I'll need to start Jack's training soon... There's no point in wasting any more time on magic he can no longer use.' He had resisted this thought for so long, not wanting to allow him thread a different path from the rest of their bloodline.

That's a literal 5yr old they're talking about...

"But you can't deny the fact that Prince Asriel is way more finer despite how arrogant he is" Another chipped in, receiving hateful glares from her mates.

He has no self control, just like an actual 5 year old. Does his child brain influence his thoughts?

Asriel smiled at this, the feeling of being in control was something he really loved.
