a shadow that can damage shadows, that steps out of Sunnys shadow, and Sunnys shadow can be sent into others shadows, to make the shadow appear in their shadow, to damage their shadow and kill them.
…Still, having a Shadow like Kurt could add a new layer to his battle prowess.

he didn't even put his name as a co author for the forgotten shore exploration paper, and I doubt he cares about the chump change of these new exploration papers that only document the use of a coin that's only applicable to one island. I doubt he's even co authored to any of Sunnys recent papers. Good teacher.
No one was going to do his research for him, so Sunny had to spend time writing reports, bringing them to Teacher Julius, and working with the old man to make them worthy of being rewarded with contribution points. Nothing had brought him quite as much as the Forgotten Shore report had, but the points were slowly accumulating.

I'm guessing Tyris and Mordent
"This is what I saw: there was a crumbling island falling into the Sky Below, and the two of us — bloodied, mangled, and weak — falling down with it. It was snowing. Above us, a giant bird flew, wreathed in thunderclouds. It was fighting a terrifying black wyvern, their blood falling down like rain. Then the darkness swallowed us… and we were gone."

I never even thought about the ethnicities of the characters this entire time, mainly because the language and food never betrayed it. Like nutrient food paste, or a general soup or meat dish. Are they Korean? I want some Korean food now...I'm so hungry, I can empathize with Sunny now. I would be hungry too if I knew there was a bunch of Korean food waiting for me at home.
"I guess… three portions of bibimbap, three portions of samgyeopsal, three bowls of jjajangmyeon, and three portions of tteokbokki."

Literally Sunny when he finds the technicality
That was when he discovered how the [Prince of the Underworld] enchantment really worked. Its description said that the onyx armor grew stronger according to the number of opponents its wielder defeated… and it did exactly that. The enchantment didn't care whether the opponent lived or died, all that mattered to it was that the enemy lost.

I imagine most of the time they'd wear the clothing in the shape of one of those suits from blue lock type thing. these things.
Exiting the Academy, Sunny lingered for a bit, then turned around and looked back.

I forgot to mention but crowd tactics won't work easily, if 20 people gang up on them it scales to the ability they need to fight 20 people.

so the mobious loop of fate, which represents infinity, kills someone when it stabs them. I imagine that string of fate is the fate of the person who's immortal, hence why it's looping making them immortal. but by putting this endless loop inside of a knife, it also becomes the only tool that can end said life. It's like the immortal and the snail, imagine putting said snail in a box and keeping it on you at all times. would be nerve racking
Almost as if it was created for a singular purpose, and had no reason to exist after fulfilling it.
