Dude they are born with sage body this lack of chakra is really getting annoying you clearly are just using it to make her weaker while slowly letting her awaken her powers. I mean, we saw that the Tensigan only took a few days to awaken, but in Kaguya, it took over a month, given your timescale...
Kaguya's main problem was overusing her chakra and the Tenseigan, and even after three days of rest, her body hadn't fully recovered. The aftermath of using that technique was significant, possibly because she had forced it with insufficient strength.
