next problem is 120 normal xp implies a level 12 monster so over level bonus from level 4 should be 1100% not 700% which is 6. if enemies are level 10 and 700% is valid it should be 100xp normally not 120.

math only works if each party member gives 20%. current bonus 1.8. my reasoning 240 solo. normal person 120(no double). 120 split 4 ways. 30x1.8=54. 54x2=108 for main character. 54x7=378 for others

had to read multiple times to get first 5 over levels add 100% each, then 200% each up to 10, then 300% after. 5 over =500%, 6 over =700%, 9 over =1300%, 11 over = 1800%, 16 over =3300%. unless I'm still misunderstanding

I'm guessing the growth index of 20 gives 2 free stat points per level. he gets 15 unspent a level due to base 5+10 from bloodline. it auto evens out to 3 per stat. that 5 to each stat per level. 12 times 5 is 60 each stat. that also implies main character was stupid enough to not spend his starting free stat points until he was level 3

to reach lvl 1 from 0 is 100xp, 2 150xp, 3 250xp, 4 350xp, 5 550xp, 6 800xp, 7 1150xp. total is 3350xp. needed another 1750xp to get to 8 which needed 5100xp total. lvl 9 needed 7700xp so 6700xp got him to 1000 xp away from lvl 9

your math would put it at 57. 11 levels times 5 +2. I did same math but assumed MC is stupid enough to not use starting free points for the extra 3 each.
