Yes but the counter and biggest factor at play here is time. If he collects zombies then at best him and the horde can only move at lvl 1 zombie speed. He gets too far and his ability won’t work so he would just mainly have 3s(not a lot(reason for this average speed for his actual abilities is him being lvl 2 but bionic enhancement makes him Pseudo lvl3 and is faster than flame sword Z but slower than wind spear Z) and whatever is around the base
