if he's supposed to have the body of a 16 year old I'm not sure what ethnicity you're going for but I believe most unless they have dwarfism which stops at 4 foot 11 which is where your character stands. You might want to adjust his height since in centimeters he is at 4 ft 11 and the empirical scale.

The problem with romance tags I don't care which one you decide to use if it is a male lead story generally once they fall in love the character they fall in love with becomes useless very quickly. Eventually they disappear for most of the story. In the case of a harem the love interest will be switched out regularly for a new one. In the case of a female lead story generally they are better because they tend to keep the love interest around. sadly where it goes wrong is that the main character becomes the idiot and leaves everything to the love interest. I have yet to see a female lead harem story so I cannot give an opinion on it.
