what if... they all wanted a being who can carry their bloodlines and power...in one body/in any numbers so they can place the chain/responsibilities and all on him and be free from their fundamental pain and run away outside the reality to explore?? or maybe they wanted to get some fun in their own made 'home' from their blood and sweat on their body. they just need to deceive it.
There must surely be a reason for this act, and if what Time was saying was the truth, Chaos was hoping that this act would have borne fruit and he would no longer be chained but it seemed it turned out not to be the case.

I think that the 13th level which is the highest of the constitution he gained before was based on 'lower world level' and mainly his constitution is made up/base of 'suitable possession of others' because of his birth curse and modifications made by the 1st outsiders. and for clarification we should call primary not prime.
It had stretched as much as it could. If the method tried again to do that, like it did twice, it would tear apart instead of stretching further.
