I agree that Garp wins but only if he is Garp Prime because although I don't think he has more speed and they would be equal in strength, Guy abysmally surpasses him in resistance. If you can tank the Yagai without dying, it is a win for Garp. If you can't, it is. tie because both are going to die because the only way for guy to have a chance of winning is with the 8 doors

2. To allow Garp to learn Ninjutsu, the basics of Chakra, and teach the Grandkids it, as it will allow them to grow stronger. I never agreed with idea of having an outside power system meaning you couldn't learn the one of the world you are in.]

In One Piece I would say that they are a large scale country pulling continental flag because the only one with enough raw power shown with the ability to destroy a continent is Shirohige eye I said shown because there are characters that could be stronger but they have not yet shown a trick On that scale the others only used attacks that would reach the scale of a country or large country. In Naruto, more of the same, in fact, although the average scale is larger since the average ninja is stronger than the average pirate, the kages barely reach the mountain city scale in raw power, the biju reach the island scale, Hashirama and madara without the 10 tails I would say that this is on a country scale, Madra wise of the 6 paths and Jubi is continental scale, and those that do go overboard are the little Martians, Naruto, Sasuke and Toneri who are found from continental scale to lunar scale but none reaches planetary

"You really don't know who you're dealing with, do you?"

I have a theory that could explain how he destroys an island because his strength is not enough to support that technique. What if he did something similar like Sasuke's kirin, instead of using his own power, he directed the force of nature in his attack and it would be something similar to what he did with his ark or since he is in a place that is a lot of clouds, the power of his fruit was enhanced, something like the goru goru no mi, which if it is in a favorable environment is much stronger, apart from the fact that people think that lightning is faster than light and compare the speed of the pika pika no mi with that of the goro goro no mi which is wrong because lightning is much slower than the light

Next, Garp turned to Yahiko, presenting him with a fruit that crackled with small bolts of electricity. "And for our little firecracker, the Rumble-Rumble Fruit! You'll be as fast as lightning and hit just as hard!"

They are not as big as you think, they are just bigger than most of the islands that exist in this world, correct me but if I remember correctly, the largest island is Arabasta, which would measure similar to Australia and is the only one, removing the red line, that could reach the size of a continent, the rest are only the size of countries or large cities

He decided to appear in a manner that was deserving of his namesake, with his cloak (That was surprisingly waterproof alongside his clothes) swaying behind him.

who is kyousuke hyousuke?

The hair he had tied back suddenly burst loose, his white hair standing up against gravity. To describe this state, it was somewhere between Killua using Lightning Palm and Kyousuke Hyousuke with his restraints removed.

Brother, she is not that old, she is Jiraiya's age, the thing is that when she lost the youth jutsu it was after using the yin seal that reduces life expectancy, being split in half, having summoned the slug, curing the other kages and he still hasn't died, it's also known that if you use a lot of chakra you'll be fine ask nagato or look at the case of kakashi who died from using up all his chakra

She was stunningly beautiful, had an amazing figure, and came from a good family. But she was destined to be lonely for the rest of her life.

Trying to make sense of the paragraph, I think it refers to the fact that when he was just an orphan without graduating from the ninja academy, he had alimony, but when he became a genin, they withdrew it because he could do missions.

In Haori's past life, his living expenses completely relied on the assistance money provided by Konoha. Eating barbecue was basically a luxury he couldn't afford.

If you think about it, it makes sense, they are like Harry Potter's train, the wizards have it, but I'll bet you what you want that they don't have the slightest idea what thermodynamics and fluid mechanics are.

Everyone was inwardly screaming. What in the world did he just say? Why didn't we understand a single word?

Yes, the fruit is stronger in theory due to elemtarization and because the limit is the imagination, but that does not mean that I know very well the quantities of volts that he claims to use in his techniques for how non-lethal they are because many randoms tanked his techniques in skypia but if he knew about science with increasing the current and increasing the exposure time to its rays.

Of course, while he was a bit clueless about the story, he knew most of the characters, especially the major ones. He owed that to his edgy teenage years, when he'd obsessed over comparing the strength of characters from different series. He used to write scientific papers like "The Practicality and Destructive Effects of the Rumble Rumble Fruit vs. Lightning Release: An Evaluation and Cost-Effectiveness Ratio Study." These dark, embarrassing memories had nearly caused him to bury himself alive back then, so he'd locked them away, only to find them useful now.

Let's say 50/50 it is true that Kakashi has a hard time using the kamui but one of the reasons is because as such he is not an uchiha so the sharingan is a burden on his body, but it is also true that the only reason why That Obito could spam the kamui was because of Hashirama's cells, another thing that should be known is that the double kamui, apart from giving access to the susano, also allows the absorption of the kamui be twice as fast and strong

The drain from using just one Kamui is already notorious—Hatake Kakashi was proof of that—let alone using Double Kamui. With his current RC cell count of 500, he was relatively strong compared to an ordinary human, but just a single use of the Kamui technique would likely leave him severely depleted.
