No it can't. He gave up that attribute for other features (i.e. restoring spiritual power instantly. although he does still have the old one, but it won't pay much of a role in the future)
He contemplated adding some offensive sigils as well, but since Kain rarely fought with opponents himself, he decided to instead make a matching a spear for the armor that would further improve Kain's spiritual power and selected the star-attribute material for the base with the same 4 sigils.
