Why not make it like Satella wanted to summon Subaru but got the mc instead and her being the insane witch she is, she reshaped his body to make him identical to Subaru. It takes the whole Subaru obsession to another level but honestly given that she summoned Subaru from another world it's not impossible and it could be something used by Echidna during her tests later on.
