Yeah if this Inquisitor was real he would already be on Gino’s head, seems super incompetent.
Only way for him to survive is with the mechanicus, everyone else will kill him, the mechanicus will be the only faction to overlook the warp problems asssociated with his system since they will value the forge ability the most.
It’s the usual GW wonky lore, as though the codex mentions all terminators having a crux terminatus, pre heresey and primaris terminator makes no sense, and in the paradox and rough trader novels only old models or terminator captains had the crux terminatus with the shard.
Leaving the bolter on the same rack where he'd found it, Gino made his way to the back of the assault deck, climbing five steps to find another spacious area. More stairs appeared to lead him up to the upper fuselage. However, it was here that Gino was struck dumb. In the space where rations and other transport equipment were usually stored, his eyes fell upon the imposing figures of two suits of heavy combat power armour, known as Terminator armours of the Astartes. There they stood, two pieces of that type of armour surrounded by crates upon crates of ammunition, weapons, and lasguns, alongside dozens of other items.

Not all terminators holds a shard only crux terminatus, and those were only given to loyalist Legian after the heresy so most successor chapters will only have normal terminator armor unless they were given them.

It really seems like it
The huge chrome yacht stood on the outskirts of the city, a couple of hundred metres from the last buildings, so I had yet to get to it, so I was thinking about my hard fate. It was a win-win, especially since I'd have to quit being a thief and start fresh. Mum took me by the hand and we followed Quigon in a procession - me, Mum, Padme, the Gungan who was always talking and the droid. My droid is c3po. "c3po." Somewhat more like a chemical formula, so I called him either tripio or chatterbot. The droid oddly enough didn't mind, and followed us silently. A translator is a necessary thing, simply indispensable - if on Earth people were separated by a language barrier, what to say about the galaxy, where there were thousands of intelligent races? And each had its own language, from which you can separate various dialects and dialects, which created a mishmash. Of course, the oldest races in the galaxy had already switched to a galaxy-wide aurebesh, so the droid is extremely useful. And not a bucket of eyes like an astrodroid. Astrodroids were a separate topic - they were primarily a part of a ship or ship, they could do repairs in flight, they could be navigators, even pilots, I'm not even talking about the fact that on a medium-sized ship, like a Nubian, astrodroids did everything except those processes where iron was useless. So the Erdva was a big-time space wolf. However, I didn't quite understand why a farmer from Tatooine bought an astrodroid at the beginning of the fourth part - does he need to calculate hyperjump coordinates or maintain the farm with an astrodroid? Yeah, let's leave that to George Lucas. And so the astrodroid is an indispensable assistant, and when I want to buy a ship for myself, and I can't resist, I know myself, I'll definitely get someone like Erdva. Or did that bucket of eyes belong to Anakin anyway? Right, he's just a simple droid on Nubian's team for now. The Star Wars world's "pen-pen" - he doesn't say anything, but he understands everything.

He was smart enough and mature enough to understand the responsibilities of his own position representing the galactic republic as a diplomat, he disregarded the suffering of trillions of young innocent life he was supposed to be representing because of his own feelings. This happend because of his own inability to control his emotions and lash out, there was many ways to rescue the “innocent child” ( she has thousands of kills even at this age) without trillions getting involved in war. “”“”Will you press a button that will save a single life but will start world war 3???””
He paused, struggling to find the right words. "And what bothers me the most is how easy it was, and how easy it became to do it again... I hate that it feels this way, like I could kill another platoon of Kree without batting an eye. They attacked us, and we didn't have a choice, I know that, but..." His voice trailed off, words escaping him.

Yeah he just got the whole of republic involved in a galactic war because of his own selfishness.

Nahh Nebula is not innocent XD she’s probably got a kill count of atleast 5 digits.
"Has this become the way of the Jedi? Claiming to be guardians of peace yet standing by while innocent people are left to suffer?" Peter continued, his anger giving way to a profound disappointment. "Because if that's the case, then maybe I've been wasting the last three years of my life."

It’s in the auxiliary chapters
All this would happen, while Neoth would begin creating his troops slowly. He had been granted the starship known as the Imperator Sominium and the Star Fortress known as the Phalanx. Neither of them was staffed or armed, but that wasn't a problem for him. Once they had fuel and were armed and staffed, it would prove invaluable to him and the Imperium of Man.

I do agree that this stealing and capture chapter ruins the whole point of the early slow buildup.
However, this was merely the beginning.
The Forge Lord.
