this is stupid. kaguya stood at the top then loss to her son's. then one stood at the top for a very long time. the blank period of his fall until the story starts we have no idea how many powerhouses existed. hell most of the jutsu we see could have just be reinveted several times over. not to mention the first set of Uchiha mangekyo would have been crazy as they are so close to the source compared to the water down members that exist now.
