I'm loving the story so far! The pace of the story is just right. Chapter updates are consistent, though it would be better if it was 2chaps/day, haha. Anyway, I'm not forcing you, its just my selfish wish haha. Chapter length are just right. I like the character interactions. As for world building, it would have been better to introduce a little bit of the countries/kingdoms/empires mentioned, just one or two paragraph is enough of an introduction. That's all I can say at the moment. Again, love the story and hope for more chapters!
I like the story. I would just like to point out one thing, this is awfully a lot like the light novel "Reborn as a Space Mercenary; I woke up Piloting the Strongest Starship". The plot, the sequence of events, the characters, their backgrounds and story, are all uncannily similar. The novel has 11 volumes to date and is published by seven seas entertainment.

Von Strauss grabbed a handkerchief from the corner of his desk and delicately wiped the camera clean, his lips curling into a slight sneer as he did so. He inspected the contents of the camera where he saw an armada stationed off the coast. There are battleships, aircraft carriers, a cruiser, and destroyers. Such a magnificent fleet and a grand design made his brows furrow. As far as he knows, there is no Triesenese Fleet stationed or near the Kingdom of Zambesi. Whom could it belong to? Britannia, Francais, Ruthenia, Fredonia? But the flag fluttering on the mast of each ship was none of these. Instead, it was a flag he had never seen before.
