Roger said he left everything he had in that place. Everything he had was just his story, so if he carved his own story while he was there, it would match what he said. Not sure if I'm right, but this is my best guess using the available information. It's cringe, but I'm assuming that D stands for Democracy and that the idea that the lost kingdom had which caused it to be erased from history is Democracy. I'm probably wrong, but with the information given so far, it's not a bad guess.

additionally a more scientific one that would devastate opponents would be a genjutsu that affects the brain and causes axons to fire just a bit more slowly. this could either slow that persons perception of time making it seem like suddenly the world around them sped up when in fact they are just slow. or it would cause them to have a sudden massive lag between what they wanted to do and how quickly their body reacted. imagine forcing anons to unmylenated speeds of .5 to 3 meters per second instead of 120 meters per second. it would be freaky
