The eye projection thing was in chapter 1236 titled, believe it or not, "Eyes"
Among other things, by stirring the growth potential of the human race, he had elevated their position on the Cosmic Ascendance Spectrum and altered their Karma. He had, supposedly, altered the Destiny of the realm Henali. Some claimed that the phenomenon of eyes appearing universe wide were the Innkeepers eyes, though there was no proof of that.
